The hotel was almost empty before their seasonal closure. Still, the staff was fully attentive and all services were available (breakfast, pool).
A sign by the haighway would be good. I missed the exit repeatedly.

We liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we had an amazing sea view from our balcony. Very nice pool, although we couldn't enjoy it in full as it was already a bit chilly when we stayed.
The hotel is located in the beautiful area but far from the Old city, and there is no direct bus between the two. We had to use Uber to move back and forth. Luckily Uber is not expensive in Dubrovnik.

Location was nice. Staff at the reception was very polite and helpful.
The rooms were very average. Size of room was very small. View too was not great.
Breakfast was below average. Very limited options and quality was also average.
The swimming pool was not working and they offered a discount on the stay and drinks. Ok for us as we didn’t have time to use the pool but if planed to use the pool it would be a disappointment
