The bay of Zaton is a pleasant place, the old feeling of the house, the hosts are friendly and speak english well, the garden is a WONDER, and the sea is 5m from the building, and you can swim if you want. Multiple small built beaches with shower in a nice distance (15min, 20 min by foot)
Zaton is a bit too much of a quiet place, there is 3 restaurants+ supermarket but otherwise not much you can do. Good that Dubrovnik is close with car. It's not a classic apartment, only a summer outdoor kitchen with a shared rather dirty fridge. The rooms are crying out for an AC, the 20year old fan helps not so much. Double beds mean 2 single beside each other, there is an annoying trench in the middle and it keeps pushing away :/
The floor was also a bit dirty, our soles was always gray from the old dust. WIFI in 2021 should not be a problem. Rooms need more furniture, there would be plenty of place, but our luggage and everything was just a mess on the floor, no matter how hard we tried.
