Spacious, clean, well equipped apartment but best of all was Tomislav & Petra. Friendly, informative, keen to help in any way but never intrusive. Pool was lovely too !

Only niggle was having to get the bus into Cavtat although younger folk could probably walk. That said, buses were regular, cheap & easy to use.

Great place to stay !!

Everything about the property is simply great! - Rooms were very neat and clean with everything that you need during your stay was available. - Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for cooking. - Swimming Pool, outdoor kitchen and swimming pool were very clean. - Host is a nice person who understands what hospitality means is always ready to help his guests to ensure they feel like home. - Location is good with a grocery shop and bakery just 2 mins walk. Bus stop is also 2 mins walk from where you can get buses to Dubrovnik and Cavtat (30 mins frequency). - Spectacular sunset views from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back.

More than excellent

We had the most amazing stay, the only part we didn’t love so much was having to leave. Tomislav and his wife are the most wonderful hosts you’ll ever meet, very friendly and helpful and will do everything they can to make sure you’re okay. He picked us up from the airport which we weren’t expecting either. We’re already planning to come back.

Location was brilliant, 2.5kms from the centre of cavtat, 5 mins on a bus which went every 30mins, could walk in to town in 25mins, also could walk into the mountains if you wished

Location was super,shop,bus stop and airport within minutes of each other. Very beautiful area with Amazing Views. Pool was immaculate and as were sunbeds. Outside dining area was a real fabulous 👌 suprise with plenty of space etc. Coffee always on hand every morning by the Beautiful Petra and Tomas. Also Barbecue area which the Hosts cooked for us 😋 💯 D Real Deal.

Great Host & Central Location

Tomislav is a wonderful host who goes above & beyond for his guests. Due to covid-19, we waited over two years for this trip—it did not disappoint! Sun Haven Luxury Apartments are also very central; most destinations are reachable by a short bus or taxi ride. Gorgeous views from the window, too!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing holiday in Croatia. We are so glad that we stayed in Sun Haven and we would love to return to this wonderful place. The apartment was beautifully decorated, meticulously clean and spacious. Sun Haven is in a superb location, well serviced by buses to both Catvat and Dubrovnik and we adored the swimming pool and jacuzzi just outside our door! Our welcoming, friendly and genuine host Tomislav went above and beyond to ensure that we were very comfortable and catered for. Even before our visit to Catvat, he was helping us plan our magical stay. One highlight for us was a visit to Medjugorje which Tomislav kindly arranged for my family. This meant the world to us! Thank you Tomislav! We wish you the very best in your future! Reach for the stars!😊 As we say in Irish: "Go raibh míle maith agat!"

Lovely clean, modern accommodation. Host Tomislav was brilliant and always accessable, he picked us up from airport and was very friendly and informative from the start and helped arrange boat trip and a trip to panoramic view to Dubrovnic old town. He was so very helpful Stayed in the deluxe apartment which also had direct access to the pool. You can get the bus to both Cavtat and Dubrovnic from main road

The location was very convenient to get to Cavtat or Dubrovnik as there are bus stops at the end of the road. The location is quiet and has a supermarket and local restaurant within 5 minutes walk.the views of Cavtat bay are spectacular. The host, Tomislav was great and was able to give us any information we needed about the area.

Home from home

I absolutely loved this property. There was everything you needed and more. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Tomislav (who looks after the Apartments) is so helpful and hospitable. We were welcomed with fruit and water in the fridge and shown around and nothing was too much trouble. Tomislav collected us from the airport and took us back too, all free. Towels were in abundance as was toilet paper, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. The bed was huge and was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, the pillows were huge and puffy and the bedding pristine white. The apartment was about 30 minutes walk from Cavtat (downhill) but the bus stop is very close if needed. The bus back from Cavtat only costs 10 Kunas and is very reliable (didn’t walk back as uphill). The pool is amazing very clean and we had it to ourselves most days. I definitely recommend this a property for a fantastic stay.

L'accueil des propriétaires, ils sont adorables et donnent de bons conseils. La propreté était irréprochable malgré notre arrivée en dernière minute. L'espace piscine est bien aménagé.

Piscine non chauffée donc un peu fraîche pour se relaxer réellement, très peu de restaurants et commerces autour. Un peu cher pour le rapport qualité prix.

Huoneiston sijainti on hyvä. Leipomo, kauppa ja bussipysäkki lähellä. Bussilla pääsi nopeasti Cavtatin keskustaan ja rantaan. Lähellä on myös paikallinen ravintola. Isäntäpari oli ystävällinen. TV:ssä näkyi useita kanavia, katselimme englannin kielisiä. TV:n näyttö on hyvä.

Meillä oli hieman hankaluutta lämpimän veden kanssa, sammutimme tietämättämme lämpimän veden samalla kun sammutimme kylpyhuoneen valon. Olisi hyvä selittää mitä kolme eri kytkintä tarkoittavat, emme ole sellaisia ennen nähneet. Parvekkeen oven avaus kahva oli meille myös uusi kokemus. Kahvassa on kaksi eri asentoa: tuuletusasento ja avausasento.
