Cavtat always delivers

Spacious, clean, good quality, perfect location, sunny and lovely view. We think apartment 8 is the best choice. Most of all Marija is the perfect host, always on hand to answer any questions, despite some very cold windy weather we had a great holiday

Enjoyed our stay and loved Cavtat

We struggled a bit with finding the apartment ( google doesn’t work well here) but the host Marija met us and gave us a little tour of the town while walking us to our apartment. Weather was a little cooler than normal but we still were able to lounge by the pool. Location was great as a small boat ride and you’re in Dubrovnik.

Everything! Seconds from the harbour, air conditioning, washing machine and dryer very handy to take clothes home clean and a little room downstairs with a fridge and shelf where people left bits at the end of their holiday

The pool did get a bit murky near the end of our holiday

Perfect Villa in a perfect location

The location of Villa Schwarz is perfect for easy access to all that Cavtat and the surrounding area has to offer. Marija was excellent at check in and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The villa offered all that we needed and more. Everything was just as we hoped and contributed to a fantastic holiday.

Excellent and highly recommend

The room was excellent. Very clean, probably the cleanest place I have stayed. Well equipped, including use of shared washing machine & dryer (inc liquid & conditioner). The pool was a great addition, and also very clean, with a shared outside seating area. The location is very close to the harbour, restaurants and beach/sea. Cavtat is lovely. Marija is so helpful and friendly and makes this place such an excellent choice.

Property was in a perfect location, wonderfully quiet and tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. Maria at the property was delightful and super helpful. And being able to shower and use the pool after checkout made all the difference to our last day. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property situated in Cavtat old town - excellent facilities and host.

The host was really friendly, property was very clean and well kept, really nice pool area and outdoor facilities. Rooms all excellent with great facilities/amenities, comfortable and clean. Location absolutely perfect, situated within the old town and seconds from the marina. Also have easy access to the opposite side of Cavtat where there are multiple beaches and additional restaurants. Would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone. Thanks for a great stay.

Fanastic, 3 days was not enough time.

Location was fantastic, in the old town, within walking distance of all the places we wanted to be. Facilities were stop on and Marika was contactable to ask any questions we wanted answered. Pool area was very clean and tidy and we had a great view of both bays.

Exceptional

Absolutely great holiday, the Schwartz suites are new and location wise are perfect for any guest staying in Cavtat. It's central location make it great for easy access to restaurants, beachs, shops and just around the corner from the regular bus service to Dubrovnik. Maria couldn't have been more helpful to us, she was brilliant. Certainly recommend it for anyone travelling there

Perfect for families.

Very clean, perfect location, great small pool perfect for kids, very welcoming and helpful staff. Great place to stay to explore Cavtat, Dubrovnik and surrounding areas and the come back and chill by the pool. Kitchen had a fridge, hot plate, microwave and kettle, toasty machine

Lovely pool area. Helpful staff. Excellent location, centrally located in Cavtat up the steps from the harbour. We would love to return and highly recommend.

Check-in arrangements were not clear. The hot water tank was confusing, got dangerously hot at times and ran out very quickly.

Disgraceful experience

The location is ideal. The staff, Maria, was very friendly and helpful..the pool area was lovely and clean. Nice covered seated area also at the pool.

We had room no 2. There were no facilities to make any warm food, no hotplate, cooker, oven...not even a microwave oven. No chairs, only poor quality stools to sit on. Tiny table. No sink. .had to wash our cups in the bathroom sink. The worst fitted apartment that I ever stayed in, and it was by far the most expensive one. I would call it out as being disgraceful. I emailed the owner of the Villas twice to give them a chance to make some kind of a gesture of goodwill but got no reply. Other rooms had much better facilities...proper table/chairs, cooking facilities.
