The owners took great pride in keeping the rooms clean and tidy. They supplied the towels and hair body wash.
The breakfast was great, and I highly recommend you add it as part of your stay. Have room to park your car and its a few minutes' walk to the main town.
They need a spot to put your luggage down (remove some side tables)

The location was quite handy for Cavtat harbour. At the top of a steep hill, but then so is everything else! My room had a balcony which was a bonus, a fridge and a decent shower. Didn't have breakfast there so I can't comment.
Strange attitude to bed linen. A nice big bed, but with a duvet cover which was much too small, what seemed to be a duvet which was even smaller, and a couple of blankets.

Stair case to main town steep but quaint.
The property was a little run down
Found it expensive for the size of the room and property condition.
