Great location near the port, bars and restaurants. Note that many properties in Cavtat are up a steep hill but this is was down the hill near the marina.

This is a great property for independent solo traveler, but also quite suitable for couples and families, it’s quite and located beside everything, a bout 2 minute walk from bus stop, close to airport, but leaving convenience aside, the environment, cleanliness, atmosphere, and energy of the hosts was absolutely amazing. Wonderful stay. Just to keep in mind, your room will provide you a mini kitchenette with kettle and plates cups etc, with fridge, but there is no coffee or soap provided, this did not bother me as I expect it to be self service but just in case you where expecting shower soap etc, it does not. Which was no to me. The apartments are located near the car park, which is only a short walk, it may seem a little confusing but they are happy to meet you at the bottom of the hill if you ask. The view is amazing! They may have poor English so just be patient and remember it is not their first language. Great experience altogether.

A great place, convenient for the airport.

The location and view from the balcony were both excellent. Just a few steps to the harbour, bars and supermarket. Not up a big hill like many properties in Cavcat. In spite of central location, it was a very quiet area and the beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed.

The location was excellent, very central to everything, quiet and had everything we needed.

The accommodation was rather basic, as we expected for the cost. The manager was pleasant but spoke very little English, and we spoke no Croatian, so that made communication regarding the wifi rather difficult. The wifi was more non-existent that intermittent, very frustrating for all 3 days

The fact that it my 3rd visit but only second stay at Mihajica apartment.

The room for 2 was unacceptable. No cooking facilities. Only a fridge and kettle. We were told off for leaving air conditioner on though the day. Shower was cold. We were inundated with ants, even our beds. I stayed at the same apartment last September but different room. My friend was unable to travel. I had 2 bedrooms, kitchenette and bathroom. Why would 2 persons be put in a smaller room ? I explained to the owner last year as I left that we would be coming back this year. She was miffed because I booked through Booking.com and not her. I rang Direct Booker the night we arrived this year, only to be told I had booked a basic double room and was nothing they could do. I asked the owner what she would charge for us to stay the one night so we could find accommodation elsewhere. She said 40 Croatian Kuna. My friend and myself came to the conclusion we were only sleeping there and decided we would stay albeit disgusted and very upset. I hope this can be resolved. I had 2 options in Cavtat; a large pretty and well equiped flat just on the opposite side of the harbour and this studio. Both properties had the same price, l have to mention. I ended up chosing the studio ONLY for location and view. It's what l call "basic of the basics" kitchen is very poor, there was no soap in the bath and only a toilet paper roll for 6 days... Definitely the studio is too overpriced for the minimal it offers.

it could so easily be perfect, but....

This was a completely fine accommodation with amazing view of marina, but there was no hand soap and dish washing liquid . This can’t cost more than a few euros. That is such a shame as the property, although basic, is perfectly suitable and fine, but this way it feels as if the owners don’t have respect for guests if they are not willing to provide this basic hygiene equipment.
