A very charming and very original stone house on a steep hill overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The outside garden areas in the back are so charming and comfortable. There's a great street of restaurants and stores just an easy walk away. You can take a fun water taxi to/from downtown Dubrovnik.
It didn't bother us at all, but the walk up is steep and there's 2 levels of stairs inside, just to warn those not up for it.

Close to a Beautiful ZAL beach and 15-20min walk to the center. Clean and comfortable, although facilities need to be refurnished and refreshed.
Facilities in real do not meet the pictures on booking.
Not good value for the money.
Noisy surroundings.
