Beach house Sveti Jakov

The unit is very nicely decorated and modern. Anna was most accommodating when we arrived early. She offered to make us breakfast, however we had already eaten. She offered to make them the nest day and her crepes did not disappoint. Access to the beach and the use of mats and an umbrella saved us a huge amount of money. After a 3 week vacation, this was the perfect way to unwind with a stunning view of the city walls!! Everything is within walking distance and the opportunity to make simple means in a shared kitchen is a nice option.

The view was breathtaking from the room/ balcony and the location was great as directly above the best beach. It was also a lovely walk (25 min approx) into the old town with no steps except those to the property. It really gave us the best of both worlds. The room was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. There are lots of steps to the property and to access the beach but the steps were easy enough to climb with lots of resting points if needed

Unfortunately it was cold for a few days and we missed out on sitting on the balcony - the room and kitchen were short on places to sit.
