A great getaway!

The people at the office were super nice and helpful. Having a place to our luggage was great. We were there a bit before opening, but luckily an employee was there and let us in to drop our bags. They were very accommodating. The location was great. And the beds were super comfortable.

The house was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. My disappointment is with the fact the hot tub wasn't working. While I did receive a token refund from the property, I wouldn't have booked knowing this. It seems they know there is a problem with the hot tub but choose not to fix it. I if felt like deceptive practices.

1st night beeping fire alarm. When calling customer service they said someone would be out that night no one showed up till 3 pm next day. Beeping continuously throughout night ! No one had a good night’s sleep.

Other than the jacuzzi issue it was a nice stay

I like that there is plenty of towels and the rooms had plenty of space and the beds were comfy the couch does fold out into a bed which is also nice and you can hang out the backyard there's table and chairs the location was also nice is really close to downtown we can walk the bathrooms are also roomy

The place needed updating the kitchen definitely needs some work the stove was hard to figure out the TVs weren't working the best when we got there the jacuzzi was green so they sent someone immediately to fix it but he really didn't know what he was doing put chlorine in the jacuzzi and put way too much and my friends swimsuit got bleached and they did nothing about it we're also maybe half an hour early so we asked if we can get in a little early and he said no one was not very nice about it for no reason they weren't doing anything to it so we should have been let in but he said no also the bathroom needs a bleaching there is mold in there

The location is great, and it is very cute old house that accommodated our families needs well.

While it is a cute old house, it is badly in need of some updates, such as new windows etc. I would not want to see it lose its character, but it needs some work done to ensure it can be cleaned properly.

Expensive for an old and tired house. In need of upgrade but excellent location.

Excellent location. Close to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. Close to a great beach with a lovely beach bar. Parked the car and walked everywhere.

Expensive for a place that is in desperate need of an upgrade. Would have been nice to use the hot tub as it was promoted in marketing pieces but dirty and full of leaves. Size of beds was great but they were old mattresses. Upper shelves in Jack & Jill bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Very tired looking house that was probably beautiful once. Looks unloved but could be beautiful again.
