Location was great! Pool was great! Parking was good but costly per day.. But understand with location no need to drive. the place was large and very clean. Old building but understandable that it would be.
No USB plugs or anything modern for phones, etc. Hair dryer needs to be updated too. very hot and damaging. Too bad no breakfast or water or anything to welcome guests. No contact with a person in charge personally.

We really enjoyed staying at Rise Lane Villas. Most of all because the management was truly responsive. The kitchen was well equipped, and the location was great. We didn’t have any bugs or anything like that.
The carpet might need to be changed — it is very worn out and some touch up here and there would be nice.

You can't beat this location! Book now! Just off Duval for easy access to food and fun but far enough that you can't hear the noise while at the house. The pool and outdoor space are perfect for a quick dip from the heat and shade from the sun! Poolside coffee or a Mimosa (see pic) is wonderful in the morning! We made sure to swing by Simonton Street Beach and the view did not disappoint. Just know it is not a large space but beach is beach in KW. The customer service and onsite staff are accommodating and friendly. You really can't beat it here!
