Pricey, even considering the time of the year. The lack of heating is a concern.

The house was well positioned to access the main Key West area. Parking is available but at a price. Well furnished. Excellent bath/toilet facilities. A practical modern kitchen area with plentiful utensils and cookware. A spacious accommodation.

The location was in an alley. Very difficult to find, especially at night. While parking was available it came at a price - $25 daily. If the spaces belong to the premises why is it necessary to charge for parking? Unnecessary!! Users are warned that this property comes with no heating. Believe it or not Key West can get cold at night. This needs to be addressed.

From the outside, the house looked fine, similar to other homes in the historic part of Key West. Beyond that, there was nothing particularly special.

The biggest issue was the very strong chemical smell from the cleaning products used in the house. The odor was overwhelming and remained throughout the entire day, making the stay uncomfortable. I was also disappointed that parking was charged separately. In the U.S., most people rely on cars, and in a place like Key West, I expected the host would have difficulties provide parking as part of the stay, hence the additional charge. However, there were 5–7 parking spaces available in front of the house, many of which were unused. Charging $30 per night just to park in front of the property felt unfair and unreasonable for what was offered.

Super convenient. Beds comfy& sheets soft & adequate sized towels. Staff was friendly and responsive

Website photos didn’t specify which villa they were taken from and weren’t representative of villa we got, was place was smaller than expected. Sub-floors very uneven & soft/squishy in places as villa probably was a porch that’s been enclosed, so a lot of money for unit, but typical of holiday in Key West. Recommend checking for water damage because shower leaks but don’t know from where.

Jamie was fantastic at helping us. There was a slight problem with our room and she offered us an alternative. She made our stay perfect. The morning breakfast was great. Very enjoyable and pleasant to sit out in the garden. Fun to have the chickens and roosters entertain us during breakfast. The only disadvantage was that our stay was not for more days. Thank you for a wonderful experience Aloha

Great location that needs better maintenance

Location.. it is in the middle of anywhere you want to go in Key West but hidden from the craziness. Cozy. It is in Old Town. Staff that manned the Old Town Manor office was very helpful. The pool cleaner who came in every day was nice and friendly. Huge fridge. They provided beach towels to use. Space was good enough for us. We were a party of 4.

Not as clean as we expected. Love that we felt like we were like in a small apartment but we found two big cockroaches in the captain suite bedroom. We found it on the last day. Both on the floor near the beautiful but slightly broken drawers and window next to the bed. Pool looks great and clean but was not heated as advertised. But can still be used as weather is always fine in Key West. Bath tub needs caulking and bathroom floors need to be resurfaced and polished.

I coming back!

The location was perfect!! We were right off Duval Street, behind Fat Tuesday. Although the strip was wild and noisy, you didn't hear a thing once you were down the alley to the Villa. The Villa was very clean and comfortable for all of us, including our fur babies. The dogs also loved the place and felt comfortable during their stay as well. The pool was cleaned daily, and the area around the pool was also nice. I would highly recommend this Villa and will be renting it again as well in the future

Good location for a family to stay.

Location is great. The inside of the unit is good. Some minor details that are cosmetic but in general good. It was very accommodating for our family. It had parking which is a most in Key West.

It is a little rundown outside. It was a shame because the first impression was a bit disappointing. It needs repairs and paint. Also being charged for the parking that belongs for the property I thought it was a bit much because the renting price its not cheap.

Convenient getaway with Key West charm- we will be back!

Well located from the night life, yet quiet and well-appointed. Perfect for us- we were 4 teens and a couple. Loved the Boho decor and full-sized kitchen. Great AC all over!

Something to note is that the whole villa requires access by 2 flights of starts and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are up narrow attic stairs. This was fine for us but would be hard for elderly folks.

Location cannot be beat. Pool was excellent. Quiet considering 1 block out. Easy walk to everything. Ive been going to Key West for almost 50 years. Have seen a lot of changes. My birthday destination every year. I would consider this one of my top 5 places. Dont deep seas fish any more but ill tell you get a private charter and have a great day... My best catch was a 115 pound sailfish... Fort Zackery is our go to beach. Higgs does have the restaurant but with sea weed in can be not pleasant.

10 am check out is far too early. There should be an offering for those who are elderly and need to wait until 5 to take the ferry. It is tough to find places to hang until 5pm departure. Especially in the heat. Miscommunication on whether room was available or not.

No one can’t beat the location !!! It’s a old building but very nicely remodeled and very clean . The sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable but okay for 2 nights . If you are on the first floor definitely will heard your neighbors stomping but it’s normal. Cute little warm pool , perfect place for family with kids. You don’t need to move your car you can walk to everything !
