Good value

These bungalows were perfect for our party of 10. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. The property is conveniently located to Duval Street and other tourist spots. Neighborhood was quiet.

Keep in mind these are two separate bungalows so if booking a large party you will be in separate units. These are old homes but well kept. What one unit lacked the other made up for. I.e. air conditioning in one was subpar.There are floor units but did not cool the bedrooms sufficiently. Since the units are cooled with wall units do not expect it to be quiet at night as they do make a lot of noise when in use.Hot tub worked at one unit but not the other as well as gas grill. Backyard space at both units was not an option for us as one unit had ant problems on the deck and the other had so much foliage that it was a breeding ground for mosquitoes. There is no washer or dryers so be prepared to reuse towels and pack accordingly for your stay. The units did have a broom to clean floors but no dust pan was provided.

Easy access, but that’s about all.

Location was great!

If you plan to do anything besides sleep and shower at this place, bring your own stuff. Kitchen was very sparsely stocked. There was no extra paper towel or trash bags. Hot tub in one unit (529) didn’t work. Says sleeps six, but if you weigh more than 50lbs, you will not sleep well on the fold-out.

Had a great time.

The location was absolutely perfect for Key West. One block to Duval! House had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend. Everything was extremely clean and well stocked.

Houses were a little older so doors didn't seem to close well. Common areas were a little tight for all the adults to gather but we managed just fine. Wish the decks were larger.

Family Vacation

Great location and the two cottages were adequate for my group 8. Large bedrooms and very comfortable king size beds in all four of the rooms. Loved the off the street parking. The two hottubs were a bonus.

Not having access to the laundry room. The spotlight between the cottages was too sensitive and bright, causing the light to shine all night in two of the bedrooms.
