The property was beautiful with lovely decor and nice plants all around. The rooms were spacious and meticulously clean. We were greeted by owner and bottle of wine. There was a free happy hour every day where we enjoyed cocktails and mingled with other guests. The pool was quiet and private, and a beautiful setting. The location can’t be beat, close to Duval but far enough away from any noise. While we didn’t use it, they provided chairs, towels, and coolers for beach if you wanted. They also had a washer/dryer on premises to use (which we did!) - very convenient. We will stay again!

Hosts are very hospitable. Complimentary laundry facility, private pool and hot tub area with seating and chaise lounges, afternoon happy hour, Continental breakfast. Location walkable to most attractions, but quiet as it’s not on the busy ‘Duval Street’. Would start again!
