AGE REQUIREMENT:
Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS
This unit is a 30 night minimum. This is a 2 story unit.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No commercial vehicles permitted in the parking lot.
Pet Policy: One pet under 25 lbs. allowed with approval prior to booking and a non-refundable pet fee.
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

We visit Key West regularly, at least once a year and stay for 14 - 30 days... this was a wonderful experience. The condo was very comfortable. The location was wonderful. We were close to everything... the only downside... was we were so close that it was sometimes a bit noisy. Having said that we'd be back again and hope to be soon. Plus, the Property Manager, the person we dealt with day-to-day, if we needed anything, Madison, was the absolute best. She was super responsive and very helpful. Thank You!

This was our second year renting 214 Front for a month. Well-furnished, and full size washer and dryer. Lovely treed lot. 2nd bedroom could use a chair, and vacuum cleaner needs a new, fresh bag, but overall a wonderful experience.

Great Property, unfortunately no longer being offered for monthly rentals next year. We are interested in renting for a year if possible. The location could not be better and the property is well maintained inside and out.
