Very nice condo in Key West (Truman Annex). The condo was clean, nice balcony, large shower, nice loft (we used it to store our suitcases) very nice pool, the outside area/community landscape was well taken care of. We rented a golf cart during our stay. The parking lot was about 5 min of walking time away. The condo also has bikes. Tracy the owner; was very nice, great communication And answered all my questions. Me and my wife would stay here again.

Sunset on Southard is a prime location. Having 2 bikes is a bonus and adds to the fun. We enjoyed the pool, Fort Zachary Beach and walking to Blue Heaven for breakfast multiple times. The balcony is a great place to relax and still enjoy the weather.

The place was lovely and very well located--close to everything Duval, yet quiet. Our host was responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property.

Tracy is wonderful to work with. Sunset on Southard was clean, well equipped, and updated. The location is especially convenient in the historic old town area. We do not rent a car, no need, as literally everything is within walking distance. If a visit to Key West is in your future, I definitely would urge you to consider any unit under Tracy's management.
