About this apartment rental

Rent a piece of paradise right in the heart of beautiful Old Town Key West. Walking distance to all major attraction (restaurants, bars, art galleries, nightlife). Condo is also located right near Fort Zachery Taylor State Park which has the best beach in Key West. We have a seven night minimum stay. There are 2 bedrooms, both have queen sized beds. There is one bathroom. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, all towels provided.

We offer strong reliable ,strong internet for our guests!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and equipped with all the comforts that of home. Check-in was easy. Pool in complex was nice and refreshing. Unit is in great location, short walk to Duvall. Blue Heaven is only a few blocks away and was our favorite breakfast stop.

We mostly enjoyed this property. The reason we gave it 4 stars instead of five was how thin the walls were! We could clearly hear snoring, talking, and bathroom noises from neighbors on both sides of us. The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were tap dancing all the time. We know we had a couple of different groups as neighbors and the noise level didn't change. Our other con was the dishes in the kitchen, most were not microwave safe. We could only find a large cast iron skillet to cook with, so we were microwaving everything in a glass measuring cup instead of using the stove top. This was very disappointing, as we had planned on cooking breakfast most days. At the end of our stay, we used the broiler and were shocked to find all the pots and pans in the oven! The owners are lucky we hadn't preheated the oven and melted the handles! There should've been a sign to let us know they were in there. Now that the cons are out of the way, we can go on to the things we loved. This was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed! The furniture was nice and comfortable. The bathroom and bedrooms were tiny, but nice. We were glad to have one room for our luggage and not another couple. The location is fantastic. All the action is an easy walk away, yet the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The grounds are landscaped nicely and well kept. Overall, this is a fantastic place if you don't mind hearing everything your neighbors are doing.

We had an amazing stay in the Truman Annex! Donna is a wonderful host and even called me back months before my stay to answer a question. The condo is perfectly stocked and even had a few staple items in the fridge. I would highly recommend this unit.

Cute little condo on the beautiful island of key west. Located just a few blocks from Duval street, ft zachary taylor, beach and well, everything else. Condo and complex clean and well kept. Only drawback, (to no fault of the owners) is the walls are thin! You can hear others conversing, laughing and walking. Makes it difficult to sleep and relax at times. Overall a great stay!

This is the first time we rented thru VRBO so I had several questions for Donna. She was very patient and answered me back very timely every time. The condo is in a gated community and is very nice. Spotless when we arrived and had a real homelike feel. Furniture was all comfortable and in great condition. We loved the back deck. Parking spot is very close for our golf cart rental. The location was perfect too. It’s close to everything in Key West. I would highly recommend this condo.

This cute condo was perfect for the two of us. We were able to walk to many of our favorite places, but also had a designated parking spot for our rental car. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to do some cooking when we needed a break from dining out. Communication was easy between us and the owner, as well as the housekeeper. We hope to stay again in the future.

Even though I haven't met Donna personally, I could tell she is an exceptional person. Her condo was warm and inviting. She was a great communicator and very accommodating. Everything you could imagine needing was in condo for your use with no limitations. It felt like I was at home. Can not ask for a better location in KW. Nice amenities. Wonderful private back patio with grill and table with umbrella. Square footage comfortable but a bit tight in some areas although better than many properties in KW. Only negative is an overall lack of better lighting especially for someone with low sight problem. All in all a wonderful piece of property in paradise.

There are so many perks and positives to this property I hardly know where to begin. Location can’t be beat, near Blue Heaven, the water, Duval St., among others. The condo itself is well appointed with lovely art and linens. The communicated was excellent and we loved everything about our stay. The designated parking spot was incredibly helpful.

The condo was clean, very well stocked and comfortable for two. It's tucked into a quiet complex not far off Duval. Easily walkable to restaurants, bars and all the excitement but quiet and homey when you're ready for that. Would recommend! Donna was great to work with, responsive and helpful.

This property was perfect all the way around. As everyone has mentioned previously, the location couldn’t be better and the neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. The condo is well stocked with essentials, so I’d suggest checking in before you hit the grocery store! The only bad part was having to leave!

We had never been to Key West before and we were delighted with this condo. It was within walking distance of Duval St, Mallory Square and the beach. The condo was very clean and the entire complex was quiet and well kept. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

We've stayed in several (maybe 6?) condos in both the Shipyard and the Annex and Donna and Steve are BY FAR the best owners with the best place we've stayed with. It isn't hard to describe how great this condo is, but it is done in the simple ways: chef's knives in the kitchen, a clean and usable grill, great quality towels and sheets, and even a stocked medicine cabinet (I needed some of that calamine lotion!). Donna and Steve clearly care about their property and are involved owners. I can't say enough good things about them. Big thanks to the both of them and we will be back for sure!
