First floor newly renovated 2 bedroom/ 1 bath corner end unit at the Shipyard Condominiums located in the Truman Annex Complex which is located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all of the Old Town Key West attractions. The properties are also located 1/4 mile from one of the best beaches on the island. The Shipyard Condominiums are single level condominiums which have private courtyards on the first level or charming balconies on the second level. All properties are outfitted with washer/dryer, pots, pans, towels, linens, have central air conditioning, off street parking, free WIFI and pool access.

Both the bathroom & master bedroom need storage, shelves, dresser, mirror cabinet in bathroom. Had to keep suitcases and clothes in 2nd bedroom..

GREAT LITTLE HOUSE - WE HAD THE DOWNSTAIRS. COMPLETELY UPDATED WITH VERY NICE DECOR. LOVED THE SHOWER! SPARKLING CLEAN. THE HOME WAS STOCKED WITH ENOUGH TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, & DETERGENT FOR A WEEK. WE HAD A PROBLEM THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN A TIMELY MANNER.

Awesome condo. Been staying in Truman Anex shipyards for 11 years now. Have never had a bad experience. Love the pool meet lots of cool people. Share ideas were to eat and what to do. Made several friends that are there the same week. Perfect location

Good things- Great location- Clean and well-maintained- The property management people were great - brought over a new toaster right away - sent the repair folks right away when the AC stopped workingNot so good things- Loud. It sounded like a stampede when the people upstairs moved around, and unfortunately they were early risers. ALso we could hear every word of the conversations taking place on the back decks around us- No grill, no porch furniture in front- Many of the electrical outlets did not work
