About this apartment rental

SPECIAL Price - contact us for more details! Shipyard Condominiums are located in the prestigious gated community of Truman Annex in Key West’s Old Town area. The condos are located 2 blocks from Duval Street and all the Key West attractions. The properties are also ¼ mile from Fort Zachary Taylor State Park. This property is outfitted with washer/dryer, pots/pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, off street parking, and pool access. This condo offers a furnished two bedroom/one bath, first floor unit home. This first floor unit has a new fully-equipped kitchen, new tile floors throughout with installed soundproofing insulation which provides a more quiet environment. French doors open to a private tropical patio complete with table & chairs. Restaurants, shopping, museums and all of the world famous Key West attractions are only a short walk away.
