Everyone must be 25 years or older. Families are welcome as long as children are accompanied with their parents and primary renters are 25 years or older. We do not accommodate bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, student groups or construction workers-NO EXCEPTIONS

THINGS TO KNOW:
Restrictions/Rules: No smoking. No commercial vehicles permitted in the parking lot.
Pet Policy: One pet under 25 lbs. allowed with approval prior to booking and a non-refundable pet fee.
Check in: 4PM - We do not guarantee an early check in request will be granted because we need to give the housekeepers time to ready the units for check-in, however, should your unit be ready early, we will notify you from this number that you can check-in. No units will be able to accommodate a check-in earlier than 12pm.
Check out: 10AM - We do not accommodate late check outs.
Items provided: All linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience. You are provided an initial supply of bath soap, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, laundry detergent and paper towels. Additional supplies are the responsibility of the renter, or once the initial supply is used.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The walking proximity to Mallory Square, viewing the cruise ships, short walk to the harbor, close to awesome restaurants/bars on Duval Street was perfect. Pool and spa were nice. The unit is great, although a few improvements could be made soon... new sofa, new TV's and new washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend if those improvements were made.

We have stayed here multiple times and love the location and the house but it’s now in dire need of updating. The furniture is old and the floors need a deep clean. It’s in a great spot to walk to everything in the heart of old town. Hoping it gets some attention before next year.
