About this house rental
The home (also known as Margaux's Hideaway) was built in 1890's, with a farmhouse charm, and porches off of every bedroom. It is light and airy, with gorgeous and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. It's perfect for family gatherings, or just a quiet escape. Each room is sunny and bright, with beautiful furnishings and every amenity you could want. The bathrooms are conveniently located and can accommodate larger groups, and now have fabulous Japanese-style bidets. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped, and looks out (via large folding sliding glass doors) on a covered outdoor living space, with chaise and dining table. The pool is just steps further, surrounded by lush tropical plants. Sunbathing here or on the upper deck is a must. In the evening, the large upper deck has string lights- a perfect environment for drinks, dessert, or conversation.

We had a fantastic time staying at this property in Key West during the month of July. Everything about the home exceeded our expectations from day 1. We were traveling with three couples and one child. There was lots of space to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Bedding, linens and paper products were provided. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. They even had bicycles for use to ride around town! It was a pleasure, Jonathan! Thank you for sharing your home with us. I hope to have the pleasure to stay here again.

Centrally located to everything... and I mean everything, we really enjoyed our stay here. The outdoor space was tremendous and comfortably fit all 6 of us. There is another deck area upstairs that was fantastic too, but we liked hanging out near the pool and in the shade...(and near the kitchen).
All rooms were perfectly kept. What stood out to me was the personal touches the owners have in the property. like, a really good stove or microwave. Even the Toaster was really nice. The bathrooms were all very clean and functioned well. Wifi all around.
Additionally, the owner and manager were very responsive. We only had a few questions during our stay as total KW nubes, but the answers were fast and very helpful. The area was really key, just up the street from this and down the street from that. We could walk to Duval no problem, but were far enough away from it to avoid getting sucked in.
