Like almost everywhere in the Keys, you start off by paying to park. Pool was great with a nice hot tub and swings and barbecue grills to use.
We were asked to do the vacation club tour and at first I agree but then the $200 visa gift card turned into vouchers, etc. Since we only stayed a few days, it wasn’t worth our while, and we had already done all the tours. I mainly didn’t like that. I kept hearing anywhere from 100, 150 and 200 at different times from different people and it went from a Visa gift card to vouchers, less legitimate when you’re not on the same page. Why would I trust to join a vacation club when they can’t even be upfront about what they’re offering to just show up
The one bedroom unit we stayed in, was great with plenty of seating and an amazing balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf of America. I would stay again and it’s a great location to all the main attractions

We loved our stay. Our room was small but chose it. We would book something bigger next time. We did not notice noise from other rooms as some reviews mentioned. We were on first floor and had easy access to pool which was very nice. We will be back!

Wished we had paid more for a unit that at least had a window other than to a hallway. Room was clean but not spotless. Found at least 3 long hairs in the bathroom area. Staff at desk was quite abrupt and condescending. At check in AND check out. Gave 4 stars but 5 stars could easily be reached with just a little more attention to detail

Everything about the resort was amazing. Definitely will be returning in the near future. The staff were so kind and personable. Parking was easy and the room was clean. We don’t have 1 negative things to mention.
