Hotel is worn out, AC is one of super noisy one. USA has a lot to learn from Japanese silent air conditioning design. Cleaning is okay, location is good. No free car park but they have agreement with the garage next to, like half price.

This was an amazing property. Wish we had stayed for more than a night and we're already planning a trip to Key West again just to stay here another time. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking deck is directly across the street. Beautiful pool. Near the water (cruise port), a 5 minute walk to Duval Street, and the Truman Little White House was basically next door. Genuinely cannot say enough good things about this hotel.

This property is a time-share, not an actual hotel, which was not clearly communicated. While Expedia indicated that parking was available, we assumed the property had its own parking. Instead, parking was at a nearby garage for approximately $30 per day, which was an unpleasant surprise. Our room was connected to another via a locked door, and the guests on the other side repeatedly attempted to open it. This was unsettling and made us feel unsafe. The property advertises “water” during specific times, which turned out to be flavoured water. While this might appeal to some, it seemed unnecessary and irrelevant. We also had an odd encounter with a maid who spoke no English and tried to enter our room. We couldn’t figure out why, which added to the discomfort. Our ground-floor room had neither cell reception nor a functioning Wi-Fi signal. When we raised this issue, staff gave us a password for an internal/staff network, but it didn’t work either. The front desk claimed there was an island-wide internet outage due to problems with the service provider. However, we verified this wasn’t true as there were no connectivity issues at another hotel we stayed at. Given the accumulation of issues, we ultimately decided to check out early

No bedding on the queen pullout and none to be found in the room. Floors were sticky and the bathroom was extremely small. We couldn’t get a receipt upon checkout because the printer was down and the didn’t email the receipt as promised.

We went here for a birthday trip! Check in was easy but if you book with Expedia and see what you’re room is supposed to look like (one bedroom, small kitchen, living space, bathroom and balcony) then get there to a small room with a bathroom attached, it’s a little disappointing…we booked this room specifically for the extra room we thought it had and that was pictured in our Expedia booking (yes we made sure the pictures matched the room type we got) I brought it to their attention and they said “yeah Expedia does that” and then I asked if I could upgrade and they said “well no then we’d have to go through the whole booking process again” so we dealt with the tiny room. Room service never came so no comment on that. Parking was an additional $35 a night too. And walking back at night was scary. Not great, would stay somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed our stay, great staff, great surroundings. Absolutely beauriful sunset. The only issue, the pillows were flat and a bit uncomfortable.

We rented and paid for an entire apartment. Upon check in, we were provided a hotel room. We were offered to move to another property but due to location, we did not want to do that. There were others checking in at the same time that seemed to have similar issues. What they booked and what they received were much different. When I booked, parking was included according to the booking. Because I had read many reviews about parking issues, I took a screen shot of my booking details with parking paid and called the day ahead to confirm. Upon check in, the manager honored it only because of the screen shot and recognized parking is an ongoing issue with this property when 'outsiders' book. This is a small vacation rental / timeshare style property - nice people, friendly & our stay was fine outside of the accommodations, and multiple excuses of the why.
