    Very pleasant place. A little dated, you can see that it's been around for a while. However, we had nothing to complain about. Breakfast was decent - no eggs or sausages, but they had bagels, ham, cheese, cream cheese, eggs, lots of fruits, juices, yogurts, oats, etc. Room was spacious, and quiet. Being close to Duval St I was surprised that I heard absolutely zero noise. Bed was comfortable. I will stay again when I come to the keys.

    Heron House was wonderful, and I will definitely return, but I won't book through Agoda. Agoda did not disclose that there was a resort fee, and I was surprised at the additional charge. Other booking sites are transparent about resort fees. Agoda says they have 24/7 customer service - that is untrue. I have been unable to communicate with a real person to resolve this issue. Don't use Agoda!
