The Collins is a great place to stay, well equipped for those who like to spend more time in and also close to any and everything for those who like to go out.

IF I had to get picky about anything, I'd say there was only one bathroom, but we had a group of 6 guys, and we managed perfectly.

the excellent location. It has a washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen (although we didn't use it) and the rooms were spacious . the beds are very comfortable

The cleanliness inside the house is excellent. BUT, I think they should do something about cleaning the entrance to the apartment and the balcony. It has too much pigeon dirt that affects the overall impression of the place. The house has only one bathroom, which was not enough for a family of 5. It is not terrible, but it must be taken into consideration because there must be good coordination. Finally, I must mention that there is a lot of noise from the street, this made it difficult for us to fall asleep, as well as for In the morning, we were woken up by the noise of the collection trucks around 6am every day. this noise is heard louder in the room on the top floor, where the two beds are

Hosts were nice and accommodating. The apartment could use extra layers of security.

The location was ideal as it is close to all the shops and attractions of Duval Street. The hosts were courteous and answered our questions appropriately.

The apartment was not as clean as the pictures had shown. The upstairs bedroom floors were sticky. Also, the downstairs brown couch in the family room was old and grungy upon arrival. The apartment is located in the heart of Duval Street. We had a couple of occurrences where there were unknown drunk individuals knocking on our upstairs door 2x around 3 am at night. The upstairs door could use another deadbolt lock and also peep hole for security purposes. Perhaps the downstairs door with access to Duval street can also use a separate key/ access pad as a double layer of security.

Disappointing

It was DIRTY very DIRTY. the floors were dirty the refrigerator was dirty. There were no outlets by the beds. The lighting was poor. The furniture was broken down and nasty.

A+ facilities!!

The space is huge, super clean, GREAT location. We were able to get in a little early thanks to the very nice guy Jimmy that answered my call!! A+ facilities and great location!!

The stairs to get into the apartment. Lol The stairs going up to bedrooms needs handrails.
