The Collins is a great place to stay, well equipped for those who like to spend more time in and also close to any and everything for those who like to go out.
IF I had to get picky about anything, I'd say there was only one bathroom, but we had a group of 6 guys, and we managed perfectly.

The space is huge, super clean, GREAT location. We were able to get in a little early thanks to the very nice guy Jimmy that answered my call!! A+ facilities and great location!!
The stairs to get into the apartment. Lol The stairs going up to bedrooms needs handrails.

the excellent location. It has a washer and dryer, well equipped kitchen (although we didn't use it) and the rooms were spacious . the beds are very comfortable
The cleanliness inside the house is excellent.
BUT, I think they should do something about cleaning the entrance to the apartment and the balcony. It has too much pigeon dirt that affects the overall impression of the place.
The house has only one bathroom, which was not enough for a family of 5. It is not terrible, but it must be taken into consideration because there must be good coordination.
Finally, I must mention that there is a lot of noise from the street, this made it difficult for us to fall asleep, as well as for In the morning, we were woken up by the noise of the collection trucks around 6am every day. this noise is heard louder in the room on the top floor, where the two beds are
