The two-story penthouse is designed after a chic urban flat with an island twist. The spacious, open floor plan is complemented by beautiful island-style furnishings and art work. French doors open onto terraces from every room, and there is a covered dining terrace off the gourmet kitchen. A private heated pool or hot tub with waterfall is the perfect finishing touch.
The guest house has three bedrooms, all with private baths, graciously spread out over three floors. The ground floor features a fabulous gourmet kitchen, dining area, half bath, and sitting room with a wall of French doors that open onto the deck and private heated pool with waterfall.
