🚧 COMMUNITY MARINA IMPROVEMENTS
Pelican Landing is currently improving its marina with a new dock and piling system with upgraded water and electrical service. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with no regular weekend work currently scheduled.
Disruption from the project has been relatively limited to date, although guests may experience some general construction activity or noise during weekday work hours.
Completion is anticipated in mid-October 2026. Nightly rates during this period have already been adjusted to account for the marina improvements.

Boating guests will appreciate the on-site commercial ice maker and fish cleaning station. The unit is accessed by a secure building elevator, with stair access always available. Parking is included on-site for two vehicles. The adjacent park with tennis courts is also available for guest use.

Perfect place for our group of 8. Close enough to the action yet far enough away to still have some peace and quiet. The pool was awesome and Mac’s place next door was a nice place to eat. Property owner was very attentive and quick to respond to all messages.

This property was great! We had 8 people (4 couples) stay for 4 days here. The condo was extremely spacious and the 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The property was close enough to everything that we didn't rent a car, but also far enough from Duval that you had peace and quiet when you wanted it. The place was clean and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook and eat in. The host on site was extremely helpful with luggage storage in an individual storage locker while we waited for the cleaning crew to finish and waiting for our flights after checkout. The dock was in great shape and had plenty of space for our 24 ft center console rental boat. There is a covered fish cleaning station, multiple chest freezers for bait storage, 2 commercial ice machines and plenty of coolers you can borrow if you want to take to the beach, on the boat or golf cart. The restaurant next door has a private entrance to the condo property and is a great place to cook your catch for a very reasonable price (150 covered 8 people with all the sides). Beautiful views from the huge balcony for sunrises and the harbor and watching the family of manatees that hang out at the dock every day. Very family friendly place and would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to stay again!

Response time was almost instant. Anthony was on site and very helpful. Unit was very clean and it was really nice that each bedroom had their own en-suite bathroom. The view of the marina was beautiful. I would stay again.
