This is a great house, with a perfect location. Blocks from Duval, and centered perfectly in the middle of the strip. While this is not a large house, each bedroom having their own bathroom is a huge benefit and very convenient for each person in our group. Plenty of hot water to accommodate everyone in the house, although water pressure is a little light - not a major concern.One item that was disappointing - the pool area does not get sun, or only enough sun for part of one chair. This looks to be partially due to the trees around the pool. This was disappointing and had us looking elsewhere for sun. We ended up taking an uber to Smathers Beach which was a 10 minute ride away. One other minor piece - there is very little pantry space to keep dry food, a small cabinet would be a great addition,

Had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful property. Private back yard. Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to Duval. The breakfast place Sarabeth is right across the street. Highly recommend stopping there. The communication from the rental company was fantastic.

This place is conveniently located downtown, and made it easy to get around. The rooms were clean and each had their own bathroom, which was nice! The problems we ran in to, were that the outside pool area was in bad shape. The pool was dirty and no way to clean the pool, and the decking around it was in bad shape. The whole outside had not been cleaned in a while. We also had an issue with parking. Parking was supposed to be available, but the unit next door had taken all the parking spaces, and refused to share, and when contacting the Manager, he stated he could do nothing about it. There is no long term parking on the street, so we had to park 6 blocks away. That was inconvenient.
