We have stayed here now at least a few years in a row, and it continues to be wonderful. You cannot beat the location for convenience and to enjoy the music from next door at Willy T's. We love sitting on the balcony overlooking Duval Street and taking in all of those sights and sounds from the comfort of home! Sun is plenty on the rooftop patio, while the pool stays mostly shaded. Parking is easy, and the owner and property manager are both delightful. The music next door can be loud at night, but we (mostly) find that to be a plus.

Property itself is great, pool is nice, glad it was heated. Property manager allowed us to drop off bags once we arrived, which was good so we didnt have to carry them around before check in. Also allowed for us to leave bags after checkout, before our flight. Great location if you do not mind the noise throughout the night and earler morning. Top 2 bedrooms the noise was not an issue, the Master bedroom on the other hand if you are a light sleeper DO NOT pick that room. Besides that the room is wonderful. There is plenty of places to lounge around, get some sun and people watch.

Mark’s property is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom. The outdoor spaces are wonderful - the private pool was great for a dip after traveling around KW. The kitchen supplies were great -lots of pots and pans with matching lids, plenty of baking sheets and cutting boards, and utensils. There were laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, TP, dish soap, and paper towels—also, basic spices left over from previous guests. There are plenty of bath towels and pool towels. AC was perfect - cool and comfortable. As far as the bar next door - Willie T's - there is live music playing every day (that's KW) we slept in the front bedroom right next to the bar and we did have to put the white noise machine on but it did drown it out fine. The music did not affect the two bedrooms on the 3rd floor. We had groceries delivered by DoorDash through Win Dixie which worked out perfectly. Our flight was in the afternoon and Mark kept our bags until 1 pm. Check-out is promptly at 10 am. (the cleaners were waiting by the door for us to leave) We would rent this house again and recommend it highly. Its location is fantastic - a 15-minute drive to the airport, a 10-minute walk to Mallory Square, and a 15-minute walk to the A & B mariana. Mark is an A+++ host.

Mark’s Duval Street penthouse is very nice. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We enjoyed the convenient central location in old town Key West, evening swims in the private pool and Willie Ts right next door providing live entertainment for our enjoyment while lounging in large outdoor rooftop space.

We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay in this first class condo. It’s perfect. The condo itself is beautiful- along with amazing artwork that my wife didn’t stop talking about. The many outside spaces and pool are just perfect. And the location can’t be beat. We were a bit worried about the noise before we arrived because of the busy location - but it didn’t bother us at all. So if that’s a concern I wouldn’t worry about it. Just a perfect place to stay in Key West and would be happy to stay there again.

Great location if you want to be in the middle of Old Town, with lots to do within walking distance! Enjoyed this large condo, enough room for many. Also used the pool more than originally thought but it was very refreshing! Only downfall... the bar next door was very loud until 1a.m. almost every night, bring your ear plugs!!! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Nice but needs to be better maintained. There is black mold on master shower ceiling and moldy grout between the shower tiles. Some ceiling lights are burned out and the toilets are running. The kitchen cabinets are delaminating. Considering the high weekly rental fee, you expect better. Location was convenient to everything but it is incredibly loud at night in the front bedroom between the nearby bar and garbage trucks.

The unit is likely the best location on the island. Less than a block to the grocery, two drugstores, great coffee in the am, restaurants in the pm, late night bites and plenty of entertainment. The space was luxurious and the furnishings very comfortable. There is a second unit just as large or latger behind it so you can bring an army. So glad i stayed here

What a gem! This property is amazing. The location, the layout, the balconies overlooking Duval street, and the furnishing couldn’t have been more perfect. Added bonus is the shaded pool tucked in back yard to cool off and relax after a busy day touring around the island. Would stay here again for sure.

Great stay and the location could not be better. The pool was perfect and was actually a little larger than it appeared in the photos. Our host was very responsive to questions and was able to deliver a couple of things we needed promptly. We loved sitting out on the balcony and listening to live music from the venue next door. The only thing we would have liked better is direct access to Duval St. without having to walk around the block.

We had a great week but Willie T's next door was so loud with music and screaming, followed by the morning garbage cleanup on the sidewalk below. The upstairs back bedroom was a bit quieter but it was still loud most nights. The pictures accurately showed the property, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location was convenient.

Great stay, rental was all we could have hoped for. We had extra guests and the property owner went out of his way to accommodate. Relatively quiet section of Duval but action very close walking distance. Shops, restaurants, music all within a few minutes. Home was spacious for 10 guests to spread out and not be on top of each other. Many decks off to all sides to hang out. Prior reviews speak of noise from street but we found generally quiet by midnight on most nights but we thought the music from Willie Ts below was awesome to fall asleep to. The pool was a bonus coming back to on a hot afternoon or after partying late into the night I would definitely rent again. Ty Mark for a great first key west experience.
