Impeccable! Perfect for 3 couples all with en-suite rooms. Pool was amazing, short walk to everything. Peaceful nighttime retreat. Would definitely recommend. We wanted for nothing the whole week.

Great property - terrific location near downtown and the harbor. Clean and well kept. The pool & patio are terrific. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining equipment.Only minor issue was that we couldn’t get one of the bedroom ceiling fans to operate properly, but overall we had a great experience.

Pool was great and had excellent sun from 1-4pm. Close to Duval Street and many restaurants and bars. A grocery store is a 3 minute walk. Owners were very responsive.

The house is in a nice area, walking distance to about everything you need. The house itself is really nice and for the most part well kept. The "small" bedroom off of the kitchen could use some help! 1: The government building outside the windows has 4 big LED flood lights on all night. And there was only lace drapes, no way to black out the light. The shower head in that bathroom sprayed water every were, even onto the mirror if we didn't drape a wash rag over it. At certain times you would foul sewer odors. Some of it coming in through the air conditioner, I believe. There were no chairs or furniture for the front porch, which would be a great place to have coffee and/or cocktails and people watch. They did bring us two chairs on Monday. All and all a pretty nice place!
