Over priced and pathetically maintained property!

The location is great!

This place could be great but the lack of maintenance and the God awful furniture was really pathetic! An area rug in in the kitchen to disguise a missing board? Really? The furniture looks like something a college freshman would assemble with $500 from their parents. Has anyone considered re-staining the porch which has rotten boards and balusters which are a real safety concern. No ice maker? No complimentary water for $1100 a night? Pocket doors without any hardware to pull the door? Whoever the property manager is should be fired and replaced! Absolutely a JOKE! Lastly, bring ear plugs because this seems to be the epicenter of Roosters in the Keys from 3:00 AM until after lunch.

Great few days in Key West

Great location, good decor and all the facilities you need. Really helpful agent that gave some brilliant local knowledge of things to do and special mention to Olivia for immediately sorting a couple of minor glitches.

you should be aware that there are feral cockerels in Key West so enjoy the noise or bring ear plugs 😁

Great location and comfortable but be prepared for some noise during the night

The location is great near Duval Street with the night lite with all restaurants. The apartment was big so no problem to fit all 7 of us. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry all worked very well.

The entrance is not very nice, just next to the back door to a restaurant. The roosters kept us awake during the nights, very annoying actually. Earplugs recommended. Also we missed some things in the kitchen, like vine glasses.

Very spacious, beds were comfortable, right off Duval street so convenient location.

Noisy with the roosters and restaurants close by, oven racks did not fit the oven, limited cookware/basic spices and condiments.
