Location is fantastic, layout of the apartment is great too. We’re a group of 6 friends and made good use of communal living space and balconies.
Fantastic aircon and comfortable beds
Master suite is particularly spacious, with his and hers bathroom and private balcony
Really convenient location, walking distance from most places
Cockroaches / insects crawling on floor and in kitchen sink
Dusty shelves in bathroom
In the twin room, it’s hard to reach the wardrobe due to bed placement so we had to live out of suitcases which was a shame
Loud cockerel noises from 5am every morning (part of the key west magic I guess!)

Great location, good decor and all the facilities you need. Really helpful agent that gave some brilliant local knowledge of things to do and special mention to Olivia for immediately sorting a couple of minor glitches.
you should be aware that there are feral cockerels in Key West so enjoy the noise or bring ear plugs 😁
