Great location, just half a block off Duval Street, walking distance to restaurants, the Atlantic beaches and the Southernmost Point. Casually decorated in soft pine and white, wicker furnishings and sofa sleeper in living room, this four bedroom, three and a half bath home provides a comfortable vacation hideaway.

All bedrooms and two baths are located on the second floor. The dining area and kitchen are downstairs and French doors open to a deck with an ample pool. This home is an excellent choice for family reunions and larger groups.

The outside pool and deck was a family favorite. We cooked out on the grill on Saturday and went in the pool. Nice break from Duval. Only recommendation I would make is to update kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.

Super cute house, very clean and the pool is perfect. Well stocked kitchen and a nice bbq. Walkable to fun activities. The balcony looks dangerous with rotting wood so we didn’t use it. Communication with property management was challenging on the verge of rude.

The house was a very comfortable fit for the 5 of us. We rented a golf cart and either used that, or walked everywhere we wanted to go... the pool and out door area was perfect. It did get a little unseasonable cool the weekend we were there but that only affected after the sun went down anyway. It was a perfect weekend!

We loved the house- it had everything we needed and the staff accommodated our concierge to restock with groceries before we got there. The guest portal really helped with suggestions on what to do and places to visit. House was super clean and the pool was absolutely amazing to relax in. Would definetly recommend this place!

Property was great for us. Listing was spot on. Photos did the place justice. There were 6 of us and we were quite comfortable with the size of the place. Pool area is an oasis. Even got an early check in which was so helpful so that we didn’t have to drag our luggage around town for a couple hours. So close to Duval but not noisy at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Biggest issue was the street parking. The neighbors parked their vehicles so close to our front steps that they were unusable for most of our stay.

The house was spacious and is in a prime location- walkable to everything. The street is quiet and near fabulous breakfast spots! We had more than enough room for me, my sister, brother and two of my adult “kids” to be comfortable and relax for a week. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The back pool area has a comfortable, shaded lounge area and the grill and large table with chairs are perfect for the evenings that you decide to eat at the house. Enjoyed the St Patrick’s day fireworks from the upstairs balcony! Couldn’t have been better!!

Very disappointed in our stay here. I would not waste my time staying here again for the amount of money we spent. Learn from us! We went to Key West to celebrate our aunts 78th birthday. Upon checking in we found the propane tank to be empty. Not a big deal - but when they came to refill it, they came in unannounced and scared my elderly aunt. When I made the management company aware of this at our checkout, they were unapologetic and just said that have stronger reiterated this policy to staff. The master bedroom shower doesn’t get hot. The sink in the master bedroom does not drain. The deck is a complete safety hazard. There are nails sticking out and boards that literally slap up if you walk on them the wrong way. The railing to the upstairs is unstable and wobbles pretty easily. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and beeping in one of the bedrooms. How was this not noticed during the turn over process? The chair in the kitchen is completely broken. The pool was not heated as previously requested. We sent an email to the management company when we were checking out and made them aware of these issues and requested some sort of resolution/compensation. Again, they were not apologetic and basically said we should have told them sooner. I followed up to that with things were so bad (the deck) that this was not an issue. They would clearly away of these issues…there were in other reviews and i overlooked them. Won’t do that again.

We loved our time in Key West at this home. We spent a ton of time in the pool, outside on the deck, and walking to everything nearby. Having so many great restaurant options (cafes, food trucks, and an awesome bar with live music daily) in walking distance was fantastic. Higgs Beach for swimming is a little far, about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive, but it was worth the tradeoff to be so close to other things. We had an extra rental car for one or two days and never had any trouble finding street parking for it. We would stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures on the site do not properly depict the house. The house is in desperate need of a deep clean. There is dust on practically everything including the walls in one of the bedrooms. There is animal feces covering the deck outside and the deck outside is an accident waiting to happen. The deck has raised boards and nails where we were constantly tripping on and stubbing our toes. The sheets are old and pilly. The showers are old, showing their wear & tear. The railing on the stairs needs to be secured as it is wobbly and add to it, it is sticky to the touch. The outside furniture is dated & old. The stereo system is so dated it can not be used. There are three wine glasses for a four bedroom house. The dryer was full, lint trap full when we arrived. All of this was too much for us to ask to have attended to while we stayed, but we will never return to this property and pay what we paid for a dinghy home that has been unattended to over the years. The location is very good though.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The picture and the actual property differed. The house is old and the walls are paper thin in the entire house. We were missing a vanity in one bath and it did not come during our stay. The showers are old and showing wear. Ceiling fans in bath are actual ceiling fans, not bathroom ventilation, also filthy. Railing to upstairs wobbly. One couch very worn. The deck on the pool had many rusty nails and uneven boards. General surfaces were clean, lint trap full, dryer full when we arrived, lots of little things that were not tended to for the price. Upon departure we advised company and they asked why we didn't call. We advised it's not a quick in and out, but needs a deep cleaning. It needs attention to be worthy of the price. They did give a 5% credit due to our dissatisfaction. My party would not return.
