The third bedroom is located off the kitchen and offers a queen bed. A separate shower bathroom is conveniently located adjacent to this room. The fourth bedroom is a private carriage suite located off the back porch and includes a queen bed with an en-suite shower bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV.

Highly recommend this property!! The location was great, quick walk to Duval Street. Very clean, comfortable mattresses, great front porch to sit on and heated pool in the backyard!! We would definitely rent it again!!

Our host was very responsive and the house was in a perfect location in Old Town. The history of the Delaney House was displayed throughout, the beds were comfortable, the heated pool was a nice bonus, and the property was well maintained and gorgeous. We look forward to our next stay.

The house offered a very convenient location to all the main attractions the Old Town had to offer. The house was very well provided and offered a sincere, inviting charm everyone could enjoy; the heated pool was a nice touch and the grounds were very well manicured.
