Great staff, quiet and comfortable.

We traveled to the area for a stressful medical visit. Exceptionally helpful staff— thank you Jenn— facilitated checkin for us and was very accommodating of our need for accessible shower. Our original room didn’t have one, so she quickly found us one that did and made the transition as simple as possible. The room was impeccably clean, quiet, and comfortable. Great healthy breakfast options. We started our day rested, well fueled and ready.

Not worth the price

There wasn’t much to like.

The beds were uncomfortable and hard, the bath tub was small and not suitable for a bath. The pool had too many restrictions, breakfast doesn’t start until 6am so for early morning you don’t get to eat. The toilet paper was no better than 1 ply. I couldn’t get comfortable and slept maybe couple hours first night and did not stay the second night because it’s uncomfortable.

Prepackaged breakfast options was a surprise since the site info showed fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. it still tasted fine but not what was expected. I guess since covid this is what they have to do.

All the tables off the lobby were really nice for a “before business dinner” gathering of coworkers. The rooms were very spacious. The complementary toiletries were very nice. The check-in help was super friendly and worked to put our rooms close together.

Breakfast was sufficient. Could’ve had more choices.

Would certainly come back!

Breakfast was typical; we were upgraded to a larger room which included a moveable table we could use to play cards ... terrific! Room service was very responsive. Staff was warm and informative!

Lighting in bathroom was too dim to put on makeup well.

My reservation was wrong! I had to wait for a different room! Once in the room, it was noisy because I was right next to the laundry room! Laundry going ALL NIGHT LONG! Didn't sleep a wink!!! Exhausted for my meeting the next day!!!
