Nice Carmel location

It was a very neat hotel with all the amenities. Front Desk employees were very friendly. Used the nice indoor pool area and the bar food was really good. Nice comfortable rooms. Perfect location close to lots of things in Carmel.

Only problem was the Coke machine right near our room was inoperable. Told them on Sunday when we checked in and was still not usable on Friday when we left. Would have been nice to be able to get 1 there and not have to go to front desk to get 1.

Ridiculously expensive and not worth it.

Close to Grand Sports Complex, restaurants, etc.

It was absolutely ridiculous what we had to pay due to there being multiple events there. The hotel didn’t even include a simple breakfast with our room for $400+ a night. It was no where near a property valued at that. It’s disappointing and sick to take advantage of families in that way. We will not be using booking.com in the future.

Very clean Property. Staff EXCELLENT!

Very well maintained. Clean My grand daughter was very sick and my daughter in law was staying alone with her 5 yrs old and my infant grandson. They had no transportation. The evening front Desk person Sunday May 7th. (I didn’t get her name) was the SWEETEST!! She got them some hot tea, brought it up then as she got off work went and got some cough syrup and Gatorade for my grand daughter!! She is the Example of being a compassionate person!! We will stay here over and over because of her! I am calling the Hotel to make sure they know what kind of Woman they have there. Going above and beyond is just something that is not “the norm” at this time in the world. GOD BLESS her !

Some Fd staff need to be in a Uniform and not with a Sweatshirt on to welcome guests.
