Rooms are nice. The one thing I didnt care for was the glass barn style sliding door for the bathroom. It would not stay shut, and it lights up the entire room at night time

The staff was extremely friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. The rate was unbeatable for a last minute same day booking. I asked if we could be moved to the 8th floor after they had already issued the rooms keys for a lower floor, so it would be quieter, and the woman at the desk didn’t even flinch told me it was not a problem and had it done in seconds. The entire hotel was very well maintained and our room was very clean.

Our overnight experience was fantastic! After a long drive we arrived hungry and were greeted with live music and a very nice restaurant and bar area. Always appreciate the consistent very clean, comfortable and well appointed rooms. Capped off the great nights sleep with the fantastic breakfast option. Thank you!

The lobby and the gym were lovely. The staff at front desk were not so knowledgeable. They almost charged us for WiFi after saying it was free as well as breakfast which we paid for upon booking. The pillows were too soft and my neck was aching for the entire 3 day stay.

Bathroom toilet leaked. Maintenance looked at it but by the morning the floor was wet. No microwave. Bottles in the. Shower were caked in soap. Pool was murky and dirty. Expected more for what we paid for a Thursday night.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. We needed towels and toilet was messed up at one point. Both times I called the service desk and had someone to my room within 5 minutes. My daughter slept on the pullout and we had requested an extra comforter. They only brought us an extra blanket which would have been fine but the blanket was very old and the fabric felt melted and matted. They brought us the same style blanket after we requested a comforter again. I ended up just buying her a cheap blanket at Walmart. Overall a nice stay.

My focus was to find a room in a certain location, as well as a walk-in shower. The result was an overpriced room with one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been in. The mattress was so soft, it was difficult to get in and out of. I failed to notice this place did not offer a free breakfast so we decided not to spend more with their high prices for food.
