Excellent place to stay!!

Everything about this hotel was great. It looked like a resort hotel without being ocean front. The breakfast was awesome. The lounge was great and the staff was incredible. Very professional and very nice. Would definitely stay there again!!

They made me feel like I was the most important guest! Can’t beat that!

The staff was outstanding, from the front desk to the bartenders. I had to keep extending my stay and they made me feel welcome. I was in Indiana to take care of my brother who was in hospice and everyone was sympathetic. They even reduced my rate for the last few days.

No covered parking when dealing with ice and snow. Probably true for most places.

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. The bartender was very busy, but apologized for our wait and thanked us for our patience. You need more than one person in the bar. That was a lot of people for one person to handle. I could tell she was stressed. She was very friendly and did an excellent job.

It was hot in our room. I even turned the thermostat down numerous times to try and trigger it to turn on and it never did. I think it was broken, but it was the middle of the night so I didn't want to call maintenance.

Having to pay for breakfast and then being charged $18 for a very limited menu. Also....the pillows were egregious. It didn't matter how many you stacked together, they buckled in the middle. There was absolutely no head or neck support, which resulted in a poor night's sleep.

Lovely hotel lots of space very clean and had everything I needed. The gym was well equipped making it easy to get a work out in. The staff are really pleasant and welcoming. Rooms cleaned every day and breakfast was good

NO RESERVATION ON A STORMY NIGHT

I did not like that they did not have my reservation. I did not like that I drove home in the rain for over two hours. I did not like that the front desk staff could care less that they couldn't find my reservation. I did not like that even though I called the hotel earlier in the day that I would be arriving late, they still could not find my reservation. I did not like that Booking.com has no customer service and did not care that the hotel could not find my reservation. I did not like that my credit card was charged over $200 in spite of the fact that the hotel could not find my reservation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! STAY AWAY FRIM BOOKING.COM!!!!!!

The staff and hotel bar was stocked with quality cherries for cocktails.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not performing at his best. Our room has so much moisture that the bedding felt wet. The staff moved us from the 5th floor to the 2nd; things improved, but it wasn't the best stay.
