Yes to both. My issue was I booked with Hotels.com( my mistake, I let my husband book for me). I was under the impression that breakfast was included. It was not.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very nice. Comfortable bed/pillows. I would definitely stay again or recommend. Jessica was very helpful before and during our stay. Sayde was also very helpful. We appreciate everything. Lovely hotel.

Room was clean and visited daily LOVED THAT! Ongoing construction led to som services lacking such as no business office available. Pool and hot tub area clean but needing some upgrade in finishes. Shower stall is tight for average sized adult. Bed was very firm so woke with sore backs. Aesthetically pleasing in the room and hallways. Elevators were a mess due to construction and should be cleaned up and new protections installed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Again very nice to have the room serviced after each evening.

Great hotel staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job in tending to the rooms every day. It’s a great location to stay if you are in town playing at Grand Park for any sporting event. The diamonds were about 12 minutes away by car. There is also a Starbucks right across the street if you need your morning coffee fix.

The cleaning supplies smelled like cheap cologne. Me room reeked! I can’t even imagine what kind of chemicals are in that fragrance- it was so offensive

The hotel is currently remodeling with 2 floors unusable. No mention was made of this on the website. When I arrived they only had 1 of the 2 rooms we reserved. They found us a 2nd room but it was right by the construction and was noisy until 5 PM. When we checked out they tried to charge me for the second room even after showing them the receipt from the original request showing I had already paid for 2 rooms.

Property was under construction and we were not made aware. Only 4th floor open to guests. Placed right by the elevator and was to much money for what was going on at the time. We get renovations are needed but we definitely overpaid. Disappointed

We booked a 2-queen room almost 3 months in advance, but was given a 2-full room. At least the manager called and offered a discount on our stay. Coffee maker did not work and had to be swapped out. Then, the next day, they shut down the water to the whole property for ca. 3 hours. No working bathrooms anywhere! No sincere effort to reach us (we were out when this started but got no calls/texts on our phones -- found out when we came back to the room) and no apology. The hotel should not have had guests with such an extensive construction going on.

Upon check-in lady at the desk was on her phone and hardly greeted me. Booked two rooms together, cost the same but in the end one bill was more than the other. Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number.

It was good over all. Got an early checkin which was great and the staff was friendly. I booked it thru Hotels.com and took the booking protection in the event something changed. It did change and I had to leave a day earlier. It might be nice if in the Hotel’s policies it actually states clearly that if you book with a third party partner, Hotels.com, like I did, that you cannot get a refund from the hotel itself if you make changes.
