Room was run down. Toilet did not flush properly. Keys stopped working on day 2. Reception staff seemed brand new and inexperienced

Needs a refresh. Bathroom is a death trap for older customers. Only one grab bar, and tub had no flat surface on bottom, and no anti-slip treatment. Very slippery. Tub is not correctly installed, so it holds water even when supposedly drained. There are rust stains in the bottom. Fan sounds like a concrete mixer when light is on. Floor was not very clean in places. Carpet by the air conditioner was damp, likely from condensation. Bed was noisy, metal supports creaked loudly with any movement. Mattress is only adequate. Fortunately, I was tired enough to sleep anyway. We did not try the breakfast due to our schedule. Staff were very friendly.

Great friendly staff at this hotel. But the rooms are in bad shape. The bath tub was sunken in the middle and rusted. The water did not drain out. The ceiling fan had black dirt caked on it like it had never been cleaned before. The breakfast buffet was very good.

I had paid for and booked to stay in this particular hotel and had a receipt of that to prove. Once I checked into the hotel. They told me they had no reservation for me and sent me across the parking lot to a sister hotel. I’m guessing the residence in to which I was not wanting to stay there. No explanation no I’m sorry no anything.

Property is convenient and it’s easy to get around. 4 min to Market District and some quick service restaurants. Rooms need a makeover. Old and dark but otherwise hotel is great for a quick weekend stay. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed at this location multiple times over the years and it is very consistent. Team is always pleasant and helpful. Breakfast has good assortment of hot and cold options. Lobby and rooms feel clean. Only issue for this stay was a mattress that may need updating (little sag to the middle) and some staining in the tub.

This hotel Is located in a business park which on the weekends makes it easy to park and is quite. There isn’t any restaurants that we saw close by so you have to drive. We would stay here again.
