The bathroom and shower was very nice

The room was extremely dirty, there were stains on the bed, fridge, floor, sink and on the ceiling. The bed was very hard and the sheets and pillows had stains and gross spots on them. The room when walking in smelt like cigarettes.

Nothing they were rude and lied about room. I booked online and tried to charge md more after. Become it was new years weekend they called me right after I booked room and tried charging more. They said they sold out rooms but have one more for more money. Not a good business reputation tk for something like that after I booked it.

This was a place to stay, not a place to enjoy.

The only thing I liked was the fact that we had a "family" style room with a separate room for the parents, had a fridge and microwave, but there was nothing else that was appealing to this room.

The place was run down, the carpets were filthy, the room didn't feel clean, I came home with a lot of little bites either from fleas or bed bugs, there wasn't any amenities, not enough towels, no conditioner. Loud at night, very light in the room (no black out shades). It was farther away from the state line than I thought as well. The price was VERY high for what you got.

Was not cleaned properly. Very dirty to the eye. Requested bathroom wall to be cleaned of feces. I don’t mind outdated. but Dirty is unacceptable. Put a bit more effort A&A! Their wasn’t much accommodations , ice machine broke down. There is no room service that comes to restock tp, towels soap ect. (fri-mon stay)Wasn’t even a real blanket on bed. Appears to be a thick curtain or shower curtain sewn? Was odd. You have to ask for any room things if needed. this place is doable As far as just to sleep and leave kinda stay.

Tv not working when we arrived. I paid $200 for the room and over heard someone wanting to check in that the room was $89. The bed had a dip in it and was very uncomfortable. And the bed was on a metal box. Was going to stay 3 nights only stayed for 2 nights. Complained to staff and nothing happened. Will not stay again!

You get what you pay for.

Although I have complaints, the one thing I can't complain about is that they always have had a room available when we needed it late at night after midnight, and at the lowest price. That being said, you get what you pay for!

After only 5mins of being there I started finding ants all over me, and sure enough in the bathroom I found a trail of ants going across the floor and on the sink as well. The shower floor was gross, I didn't even want to step into it, all I really wanted to do was wash my feet so I went for the sink instead. I turn on the hot water an waited for it to warm up, immediately the sink was full and i didn't put down the plug So trying to get it to drain I discovered it was clogged with hair and a disgusting sludge, I wanted to vomit! We only needed somewhere to stay from about midnight till 7am when we needed to take off so I wasn't able to use the shower or the sink and there were ants everywhere but we were able to crash till the morning. Oh yeah which was hard to do because the ceiling was squeaking and thumping all night from the people above us..

Convenient location in South Lake Tahoe.

The mattress is very thin and on a very hard frame. The room wasn't all that clean. The fridge in the room, while a nice feature, I put a few things in there (all prepackaged because it hadn't been cleaned), were frozen solid by morning and there's no way to turn the temperature in it down. There were spray marks on the TV like maybe it housekeeping sprayed the surface on the microwave (which also had not been cleaned - there was a dead spider in it), caught the TV and didn’t wipe it down. All-in-all, it made me feel like I had to check for bed bugs, thankfully, besides them needing new mattresses, I didn't see any sogns of those... I wouldn't stay here again, despite the price.

didn't even meet the lowest expectations I could have set for a place I spent money to stay

they were friendly

the room was barely cleaned, the toilet hardly worked and they needed to come fix it, the shower head was spilling water, there was hair in the sink and shower, the carpet was gross, the bathroom door had to be body slammed to close. The walls are super thin and car alarms went off twice during the night and a smoke alarm was on for about 20 minutes the next morning in a room nearby but there was no fire. The first thing I did after seeing the condition of the room was go buy a cleaning spray and clean it myself. The owners clearly dont put a single dollar of their profit back into the rooms or have any desire to provide anything above their own standard of the bare minimum.

You can feel the box spring under the bed, not comfortable.

The Location was very convient and a walk away from just about anything we needed. I also enjoyed that if was able to house a family instead of getting two rooms to split. The kitchen area was also a nice bonus to have.

My biggest complaint is the King bed in the main room. I could feel the box spring underneath the matteress. It was difficult to get a good night's sleep while I was there.

1st room dirty, 2nd room trouble with room key twice. Also, tv didn’t work at 1st. They helped to get the channels on but then the volume wasn’t working. At that point we gave up and just accepted it but we were upset about it.

The rooms are disgusting. SUPER DIRTY! I couldn’t even shower there were hairs all over the shower, toilet was dirty, and they literally left us a used toilet paper roll. The bed sheets were all crumpled up as if they were used and the person that “cleaned” just shook them off and put the same ones. At the very bottom in between the fitted sheet and flat sheet there was dirt. As we got there we sat down on the bed and realized the bed had bugs however I’m not sure if they are bed bugs or any other small bug (also have a pic) according to google it looked more like a flea. So we slept on top of our blankets. Windows had very thin curtains and no blinds so anyone could see inside if we turned on the light at night. We took pictures of everything. The a/c kept shutting off, so we had to keep getting up at night to turn it on. The fridge and freezer were gross, I have medication that needs to be refrigerated so I had no option but to put it in there. It was too late to find a hotel that fit our budget but if we would’ve known it was going to be that bad, I would’ve rather spend $50 more to be able to sleep comfortable.
