Not a value place to stay, better options are close by. For what you pay here is not worth it.

Shower head was terrible and the room wasn’t very clean upon arrival. Parking was non existent, you have to valet if you want to park overnight.

Clean, cozy, & amazing staff!

I loved the layout of the room and our huge patio view of the ocean. The staff were amazing! We loved Jesse he was so accommodating and gifted us some cookie decorations and water taffy! We also enjoyed Anastasia! She moved us to a two queen bedroom since the class bed wasn’t so comfy

The pull out beds are not comfy. Don’t recommend staying on it if you have a bad back.

It was our 38th anniversary and our stay was amazing, we will come back again!

We have a view of the pier with a fire pit, which made the evenings so enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the gym during our stay as well. The rooms are very soundproof, and you don't hear your neighbors very much.

The only thing missing from our room was a microwave. Extra towels would also be very appreciated. We didn't have our room cleaned every day during our 3-night stay, so we needed to ask for clean towels.

Not worth the money.

The bar has a really beautiful view. The second room we got was a lot better than the first one. This was one of our most expensive nights we booked during our 3 weeks holiday but this was not worth it.

The first room we get was very disgusting (a lot of mold in the bathroom). We asked for another room and there we got a better one. They should not talk about a swimming pool, it has more a the measures of a hottub (with very cold water). The lady at the desk was not able to smile when we arrived and at night. No option for parking without vallet.

The 9:30 am jackhammering in a Saturday wasn’t pleasant and the 5:30am street cleaner on a Sunday not great, but I guess they probably can’t help with the city schedules that and it’s next to the biggest public parking lot. Before we checked out, a worker came in to inspect the patio for an AirPod that had dropped with the do not disturb sign on the door. My husband was in the bathroom luckily with the door closed. Other than that it was great! 😅

Scary area

We upgraded to have a fire pit room.

What we didn’t realise was that this meant this would be a ground floor room backing into a scary car park. We saw multiple scary homeless people, cars sitting in the car park all night playing music and multiple rounds of police checking these cars out. This hotel backs onto a car park which can become dodgy at night.

Great sea views, suites for four not recommended.

The roof top pool and seating was very nice. The bed and sea views were also very lovely.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for for two teenagers. The mattress itself had wire springs which were just below the cotton top layer of the mattress. Considering I had booked the hotel many months before our arrival, the sofa bed was not set up and there were no pillows or duvets left out for this bed. My booking clearly stated we were two adults and two teen aged children. The hotel did make another room available since the sofa bed was not fit for purpose but this was an upset we didn’t need after a long journey.

Pool area was a joke. Took me 35 min to get bread……. Oh kitchen was backed up FOR BREAD! Our room had some loud noises that woke us up at 5;30am so we had to switch rooms 🤬

Unsatisfactory and disappointing

The location was excellent. The restaurant staff/food was excellent.

Upon arrival, we encountered a three-hour wait after check-in before we could finally access our room. This delay resulted in us missing dinner plans with friends, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The special needs room we reserved was far from suitable. The shower chair was not only unstable but slammed down unexpectedly, causing my wife to suffer an injury. This is a serious safety concern that should never happen in a dedicated special needs room. Additionally, the layout of our room left much to be desired. The positioning allowed people from the restaurant next door to see directly into our room, which made us feel uncomfortable and exposed. To add to our frustration, there was a mirror that reflected the bed, preventing us from enjoying the beautiful oceanfront balcony we had booked. We felt forced to keep the blinds closed, which ruined the experience we were hoping for. I attempted to address these issues with management during our stay. I provided my phone number and email to two different managers, both of whom assured me they would follow up. Unfortunately, I never heard back from either of them.
