Felt like home but with a stunning view.

Really liked that it was walking distance from beach. Enjoyed sitting in the balcony, listening to the waves. Loved that they have all your beach stuff like chairs, towels and sand toys. Parking garage was wonderful, we were able to leave tuff in the bed of our truck without having to worry about it being stolen.

Location location location!!! The room was also fully stocked with dishes and cookware and a full size fridge. The garage was gated and fully enclosed. The rooms have codes so no key card was needed.

The view from the room was nice

Shower temperature was all over the place, at first was lukewarm then cold, I waited a little bit then it got hot for about 3 min then went cold again. The bath tub also doesn’t drain very well and keeps a couple of inches of water the entire shower. Microwave works but the turn table is inoperable so heats up food weird.

So close to the pier!

We used all the beds. The pull out beds in the living room were definitely JUST pull out beds. So do not expect them to be very comfortable. They were not. But we were so happy with everything else we’re not even considering that as a rating problem. I will say we were short blanket for the single pull out. We luckily had an extra blanket with us. We will stay here again!

Enjoyable one day/night stay at an on the beach property.

Location was very good! 1/4 block to the beach and boardwalk. Plenty of food and shopping choices!!!

We were unaware that we were reserving a "condominium beach apartment". It did work out well but it didn't have the amenities we would have expected. It did workout very well for us. We were allowed early access to the room by the very helpfuly and friendly front desk person!

We had unit 303, a 1 BR. Although the view was partly blocked by rooftops, it offered a interesting view towards the pier and the surfing. Nice roomy LR area, comfortable king bed. Huge tv. Easy parking in the garage downstairs. Very good location.

We were told beforehand that the fireplace wasnt working but a compact spaceheater worked fine for us.

The worst hotel stay in my life.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I am well travelled. I’ve been all over the world and stayed at cheap hostels and I can honestly say that they were better. We payed almost $400 a night and we were welcomed with bloodstains on the mattress, the blinds were broken and fell down and outside our window was the patio of motel 6 that looked right in towards were we were sleeping. On top of this my friend got bedbugs when we got home! The staff was not welcoming and did not try to solve the situation even though this was clearly false advertised. I would never ever recommend this to anyone even if they payed me. The only good thing about the hotel was the location but unfortunately that didn’t matter.

The reservation didn’t notice that the room was an ADA room. The shower didn’t have a shower pan/lip. The restroom floor and shower floor were continuous. We arrived on time but if not, there wasn’t anyone physically there to check in if you arrived after hours.

Nice property close to everything not sure I will return

I have stayed here multiple times. It is close to everything and The units are very spacious feels like home away from home.

When we showed up to the property, our door was open and the staff did not know why she said everything was fine and also the unit smelled of cigarette smoke very strong. I did contact the front desk to let them know so that we were not blamed for it. We ended up having an emergency and had to leave the property at 3 AM upon returning to the unit it could not be accessed with the code given to us. Myself and my three children were stuck outside for hours in the cold and the office would not answer the emergency line. My oldest son was forced to find a ladder to climb to the second story to access the balcony so he could enter our unit and allow us in.

The location was perfect. We had access to the beach, local shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to worry about finding parking. The staff was friendly and professional.

The view was amazing! It was especially convenient to be so close to all that is great about Pismo. I loved that there was covered, secure parking as well. The kitchenette was perfect and I had all I needed. Everything is within walking distance or a short car drive. The bed was super comfy!

I forgot my phone charger and there were no USB enabled lamps or anything like that so be prepared. The hot water took a bit to get hot at the sinks but the shower was fine.

When arrived at the property, no one was in the office, waited at least 25 minutes until someone helped me check in. Shower head needs a replacement or upgrade, worst shower head I have experienced.
