Owner is awesome, have a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival just because. It’s right next to the beach. It’s clean, it’s awesome. And enjoyed the outdoor area with a table and chairs right next to the beach. And parking is on property.

Perfect location!

This cute little motel is right on the beach! It is close to so many great restaurants & shops. The rooms were very clean & well maintained. And the host was so friendly, helpful and kind. If we are ever in the area again, I would stay here!

The Manager, I think his name was Michael, was a very nice guy, and very helpful.

We were right on the beach. We had easy access to the boardwalk and the sand.

Good for overnight on the beach

Location rates a 10. Right by the boardwalk to the pier. Rooms are clean. quality soap, shampoo, conditioner. Larger than usual refrigerator. Comfortable beds. 2 luggage racks!

Lacks hooks to hang towels. Walls are thin. We took a downstairs room and could hear footsteps in room above as well as people leaving in the morning. Blackout curtains were hard to close.

Excellent stay - the location was superb- steps away from the beach ! Lot of eateries near by ! The hotel was excellent- the 2 bedroom suite was good for our family of four - we loved the chairs placed outside in the balcony- extensive beautiful views of the ocean ! We would definitely come back 😊

This motel is at a perfect location near the pier - it was fun to watch the surfers. The room and bathroom are small, and there is no lobby. But the room is priced fairly and the place was completely clean and the folks there delightful and helpful.

It was clean and had a great view out the windows.

No AC and no fans and the part of the window that opened in my room was blocked by the couch. So I had to leave the door open and it was very bright on the walkway. Not enough electrical outlets.

This hotel is right on the beach. Location is amazing with incredible view of the beach, Located in walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. The Staff went out of its way to make us comfortable..to the extend that when I woke him up in the middle of the night looking for tums for an upset stomach, and he gave me some of his own!!! Owners treated us like family. Price is a value!!! I will stay here again!!

Rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected as this place was bult in the 1930's. We found it cozy!! so not really a negative for us

I’ll never forget the view

The view from the room is amazing. The convenience of having a small walk from your room to the shore is worth every penny. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to any questions or needs we had. We were provided fresh towels every morning and asked often if we needed anything or had any concerns. Check in & check out was fast and easy process. Everything was clean and the property was always being tended to.

No air conditioning but they do provide a ceiling fan as well as a tower standing fan which helps so it wasn’t bad. The view is honestly worth any issue.
