It’s was great.

I love the overall hotel. I love the design and the elevator. The staff are really nice. It was the second time I went to this hotel and both times It had amazing customer service.

The water pressure. I was on the 4th floor and when you turn the heat up the pressure went down.

The hotel was clean and very cool looking, but could use some upgrades. The staff was very nice!

The elevator is so scary I would NOT go on it! They really need to update the Hotel, Really cool hotel but things could be updated such as the elevator! The carpet in the stairways were nasty! the rooms are small and they could use some things such as more plugs, hooks in the bathroom, long mirrors.

The Elevator! not cool at all scary everyone we talked to that were staying at the same time said the same thing the elevator is scary!

The hotel is a short walk to the beach and has several restaurants nearby to walk to.

The only thing that could make it perfect is if it had air conditioning, it was muggy in the room

Overall great place in a perfect location.

I liked the convenience of booking. All staff I spoke with were excellent, very helpful and friendly. I loved how close we were to the pier, shops, restaurants and bars.

One thing that stood out was how stuffy the room was and we cannot open the window a little more to vent.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway, walking distance to the beach.

Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and right in the center of town. The rooms are small but you’re just there to sleep. Complimentary coffee in the lobby. There’s a cute outdoor sitting area with tables and umbrellas. We left our car in the free parking lot and we walked everywhere. Just steps to the beach and all our favorite places to eat.

It was a little noisy because you are downtown and outlets are limited in the room.

Love the location and how close it is to everything. I hate most hotels especially traveling with my one year old because everything is always dirty but this was probably the cleanest hotel room we have had in a long time! It’s definitely an older hotel and could use some upgrades here and there but I was very impressed. We will definitely stay here again.

Awful accommodations. Do not stay here.

The location was decent but that was the only good thing about this hotel.

Walls were incredibly thin, bed was uncomfortable, bathroom was tiny and honestly this place felt like The Shining. It was built in 1937 and it shows. We asked for a refund for our second night because it was so bad and they refused to give us one. We ended up leaving to go to a place in Avila that was the same price and way more beautiful and quiet. It’s extortion to charge the rates that they charge at this place. Do not stay here unless you’re desperate. I have no idea how this place has decent reviews but it was BAD.

The location was great and staff amazing.

The one bed room didn’t have a chair or table to eat or place coffee. I had to have me coffee and breakfast sandwich on the bed. I don’t like to eat in bed. I like to have coffee watch news before I start my day. There is enough room for the items and makes stay more relaxing. I enjoyed everything thing else.

Basic rooms were comfortable. Unusual gas fired stove type heater in the room. Excellent location for a value priced legacy hotel.

I loved how close it was to everything, but there wasn’t a lot of space in the room and the room had uneven flooring. In addition, it was loud all night. You can hear people talking down the hallway and another room.

Prime location. Cute and clean.
