Perfect lil short stay

Perfectly met our needs, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Able to meet family on beach and bed down at night. Kids perfect first dunes experience was very enjoyable...

Parking lot got very crowded when one of the guests brought their trailer into the lot. Made it difficult to maneuver in an SUV, problematic but not a deal breaker.

The price for the location was good.

The floor was so dirty that after walking around with no shoes or socks on while I was packing to leave, the bottom of my feet were black. That alone is enough for me to never book here again.

Beds squeaked, itchy sheets n stiff pillows ..towels small ,thin n old..filthy coffee machine came out brown water..super cramped space ,barely walk thru from end of bed to furniture.. asked fur quiet space n she put us next to stairs where peeps were running up n down all nite n stomping in floor above.. no sleep at all.. don't stay there

Very short distance to Grover 7min walk 5 min drive to Pismo a walk to the monarch groves close to the outlet center and so many options for food

The rooms were a tight squeeze for a family of 4 but it served its purpose would book here again

My go-to place whenever I go fishing at Oceano/Pismo beach.

I wanted a simple hotel with all the necessities. Wi-Fi, microwave, refrigerator, good TV channels, clean and affordable. It’s not a luxury hotel, but I feel safe there and the atmosphere is relaxing, especially after a busy day at the beach. I also like that there are convenience, stores and grocery stores within walking distance. And the beach is less than five minutes away.

My son found a hair ball on the shower and he was the first one to take a shower. The bathroom needs to be checked before they let anyone go inside

The location is great and the staff were terrific. However, what made it great is that the beds are the best in the business!!! i sleep on memory mattresses and that is what they have!!! I strongly recommend they mention it!!!!! I will only stay at this place in the future when i come to Pismo!!

Simple stay for the right price.

Very friendly customer service and quick check-in and out. The room needs some upgrading: new towels because there were some stains on the towels and hair, hangers were dusty and old, the headboard was very loud and made a cracking noise even with small adjustments, and AC was very loud. There were some splashes on the headboard, assuming it was some cleaning product. The room has a decent size refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker which was a nice touch. Tv was good with a lot of options to watch streaming services. Bed was large and comfortable, pillows were good too. Location is good, walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beach/dunes.

I liked that it was close to food places a lot in walking distance. The guy in the front office was really friendly in a professional way answered my questions and gave great recommendations on food .

I was disappointed that the vending machine didn’t work cause I was thirsty and it was too late to go to the store .
