I’ve been to the Pismo area plenty of times, but this was my first time staying at this location. The room was nice, everything was lit up around the property, the staff was kind, and was checked in quickly. The access into the rooms building is nice as well required keycard. Very secure. First impressions of the room were good,clean, and quiet. The outdoor balcony is cool if you want to step out for a bit. There was 2 things in my room that essentially wish were cleaned/removed. There’s a vending machine and ice machine at the end of the hallway so if you’re into that, it’s there. Highly recommend. Will be staying for future trips.

There was hardly anything I can say that was bad. I would just be nitpicking at that point.

Comfortable, modern hotel

The hotel was very clean, comfortable and modern, and located close to a micro-brewery taproom, bar and restaurant saloon and a short walk to a retail park incluing supermarket. Breakfast was included and very good quality. The room was comfortable and spacious with TV, fridge and hot drinks making facility. The location was a fair walk or short taxi/bus journey to the downtown area with beach, bars and restaurants, The staff were very friendly, polite and very helpful.

The hotel was good, and there was nothing I didn't like.

Its a day 1 and after long drive from Bay Area we didn’t get a good deal

We are regular from booking .com and also for Holiday in . While booking We applied filter to search and wanted bath tub for my kid .Only reason my kid joined our trip. Looks like we got a bad deal with room for three days as we booked from booking.com . No bath tub and very old style room and though I thought we paid good amount .

another chair could be better in the room with 2 people. There was only one chair so someone had to sit on the bed.

Easy to park and get to rooms. Spacious room with 2 sinks, frig, microwave and coffee maker were included. Very comfy bed and pillows. Also great breakfast!

The TV had every channel I wanted, including both conservative and liberal leaning news channels. Hoorah for fairness!

room was very cold. the "comforter" was more like a thin blanket. I had to turn the heater to 77 degrees an fold the comforter over on itself before I could sleep warm.
