Everything as advertised on the web site. Excellent location, street view with balcony and large rooms. Walkable to all downtown attractions and very safe. No issues with virtual check-in. Parking was very convenient with an extra charge of $30/night but worth the price. Would stay again on my next visit to Austin

Was in a great location. A little tricky when you first check in, but there are great directions to follow. Staff was very responsive when we had a need.
There were no hangers at all in the closet. The serve ware was sparse.

It's a self-check-in place, but you receive very detailed instructions, and the response rate is fast. A huge apartment with a lot of facilities, a great Gym and pool, and a very convenient location near great restaurants. Austin is a cool place, and this spot lets you enjoy and relax in style.
It's a self-check-in place - you need to pay attention to the details. Not a biggie, just be aware.

Nice apartment. Comfy beds
Staff on desk were rude. Especially the woman on Friday morning. Terrible look for the accommodation to have someone like that on the desk
