Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was very good in the restaurant. View from our lake view room was superb. Room was spacious. Hotel was newly refurbished.
No mugs/cups in the room for coffee/tea only plastic cups available. No water supplied in the room but it was provided at reception when I asked for it.

Clean rooms, beds were very comfortable and staff was excellent!
The bar or first floor restaurant was severely understaffed. One bartender who also served as the waiter. He had his hands full and could have used more help. This was not what I’d expect from a Hyatt Regency.

Location
My room was on the 9th floor. I am told it had been renovated. Problem - the WiFi was poor. It kept freezing.
