The room was lovely, well equipped, and the room was very clean. The staff were very good especially Jalen who is a credit to the hotel.....polite, welcomi g and very helpful.

The pool was a bit small....I appreciate space is limited

The communication was excellent, even before I arrived. Although I got there later than expected, I received a text message from someone who provided the information I needed to access my room. I encountered some issues with the first room, even though it was very cute, located on the top floor, and had a beautiful view of downtown Austin. Even though I was late, I still had someone to help me change my room, which I wasn't happy with. Plus close to where we wanted to be for entertainment. Parking was great, access code to get into the garage.

When I arrived at the first room, I was disappointed to find it was not clean. The bed was unmade, there were dishes left in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty. I took several pictures to show the person who assisted me. She was very apologetic about the condition of the room and ensured that my next room was perfectly clean, which it was.

Location, atmosphere, modern/downtown vibe

To use their parking garage it is $35 a night . With doesn’t seem that much except when you’re staying there for 5nights it adds up. The actual unit/ apartment was very nice, a bit small on the bed size. They have full sized beds which is fine for one person but for a couple it was a bit tight.
