Loud, but close. Find somewhere else if you can. Use the earplugs, you will need them.

Everyone on staff was wonderful, and went beyond their position to make us feel welcome.

The reality is that your location is next to a loud bar. I appreciate that you provide ear plugs, and I will accept the tradeoff of being close to downtown in exchange for loud noises from the bar and from the garbage trucks. But I expect that I am the minority, and I wish I had known of these before I had booked. I was happy with my stay. But you should understand why I will never book here again. You did everything right, but the noise beat you.

Great place for a short trip to Austin

I like the location and how walkable the area was. I liked the staff, who were all very friendly and professional.

Housekeeping was spotty. I stayed for two weeks, with the July 4th in between. I was so suspicious of the towels and cleaning during the first week that I brought my own towels the second week and only elected to have housekeeping come in once. It wasn’t that they were terrible. But they would leave things they shouldn’t, forget to replace things they should (like the little mat for getting out the shower), and on at least one occasion I used a towel that had been washed and saw right after using, that someone else’s hair was on it! That’s what gave me the ick. I do realize that it happens, but I was put off by it.

Wonderful staff; other than the disregard for our “Do Not Disturb” sign everything was perfect.

Loved the location and the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful.

The maid entered our room at 8:30 am even though we had clearly put the “Sleep/Do Not Disturb” sign outside. We felt like this was a severe invasion of our privacy (neither one of us were dressed).

The street where the hotel is located gets REALLY crowded on the weekends, so it is a little loud. The events don’t go until too late, but if you can, get a room facing the other side.

The only negative I have to say is from the restaurant. I don’t mind paying for a good steak! But $78 dollars for a thin piece of shoe gristle & fat passed off as a New York Strip. I know you aren’t a “Steak House” but if you are going to offer a $78 steak, please make it a better steak! Whole Foods is a couple of blocks away, go get a 28 day dry aged rib eye, or even make a a decent Wyagu for that price. Whatever you decide, please stop serving whatever it is you consider a steak. EVERYTHING other than that was incredible, loved the diversity and flavors! Atmosphere and ALL of the staff were top notch

This hotel was wonderful. The lobby was tastefully decorated with an pool table available for use. They had free bikes at the property which we enjoyed. The pool area was also wonderful especially for the Texas heat. The room was comfortable and they provided extra pillows when we requested them. Would highly recommend, this hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

OMG I love it here!

Ana at the front desk was EXCEPTIONAL! She was so friendly when I called and got us the BEST room. I've stayed here before, but this time was my absolute favorite. The place smells so good and everything is spotless. Our patio view was amazing, the bed was so comfy and the pool was great! Food was wonderful. There's nothing not to like.

Stayed at Canopy's before and this one didn't disappoint. The staff were wonderful and helpful. Excellent customer service, despite some small unfortunate hiccups. Very chic and all the amenities Loved the Peloton in the room!

Breakfast service could be a bit more attentive. One morning I went for breakfast but it took so long to place my order I left and went to eat somewhere else. Depending on where you need to be, it wasn't the most convenient location.

The most comfortable furniture throughout the entire hotel. The sofa/daybed in the room was extremely nice to relax on and even the chair at the desk was top notch. The lighting was also on point, as was the bathroom.

ALL of the doors slammed themselves shut, so you could hear doors slamming closed all over the place. LOUD doors, I mean loud.
