Location is very convenient to restaurants and river walk. Very spacious apartment and well furnished.
Noisy on Sat night but that’s the downtown. I had to ask for more paper products and there was no kitchen towel, and sponge. But they brought it by the end of the first day.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Austin and surrounded by great restaurants and shops! We got around on scooters that we could easily rent and leave at another location (Zilker Park).
It was a little loud at night. For young people, it's not an issue. Austin has a great nightlife scene.

This is an amli building in the center of downtown that has converted a few units to daily rentals. Location is great. We had a 2 bedroom unit which had 2 baths. That last was great. The sofa bed wasn’t a mattress - more of a flat sofa. Also we had to request a blanket for the sofa bed that wasn’t able to be brought to the next day. Request was at 9pm.
Needs some tlc in the unit. There were some slider webs and the floor (concrete) could use a good mopping. The paint has seen better days and there were some holes in the wall that haven’t been repaired. Also only some of the shades worked - they had been of the rollers or whatever they’re called.
