Everything from start to finish was amazing, staff was so nice
Breakfast, canapé and desserts along with bottled beverages were all included in gold package

Great breakfast
Loud construction early in the morning, pool was by no means relaxing…it was a huge party and people packed like sardines. Took 40 minutes to check in at the front desk due to the long line & lack of staff. Food was ok in the gold lounge outside of breakfast.

The Gold experience includes the lounges and everything was delightful. We have been coming with our group of girlfriends for a staycation for the past five years for the luxurious rooms, great service, and pools.
From being welcomed in at the front desk by Abbey or the staff at the lounge or pool, everyone ensured we had what we needed. We are from Austin and love the convenience to downtown, Rainey and east side so we get a reservation someplace great nearby.

The Gold rooms on floor 35 were great with awesome view down to the pool area. The buffet breakfast, canapes, dessert bar in the lounge as well as free non alcoholic drinks and water was definitely worth the extra amount on the room. As a family of 4 we were really able to utilise the lounge well and feel like we achieved value for money. The pool/hot tub was also amazing! Big hit with the kids.
Not understanding what an 'honor bar' was. When booking we were under the belief that alcohol was included in lounge, however it wasn't, it was an additional expense. Hopefully this comment assists others when booking.
