Nice room, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Full size fridge, cooktop, and large closet with organizers would be very nice for an extended stay. Breakfast was above average for this type of property. Appreciated that the tv's in the breakfast room were muted with closed captioning if you wanted to watch, but easy to ignore if you prefer your breakfast without cable news. Had prepaid for 4 nights but had to leave 2 days early to avoid a massive snowstorm. Unused balance refunded at check-out with no issues.

Room was a bit smaller than I would expect for a suites property. Fine for one person, a little cozy for two but not inconvenient.

I reserved the one bedroom queen. The room was so spacious and comfortable. I honestly felt at home. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The receptionist at the front desk was especially kind and helpful with my children and their many questions. My mother and I were able to bring our service dogs and weren't given any problems. Breakfast was really good too. I highly recommend staying here and definitely plan on coming back if I ever need a hotel again.

The shower being an open door type was a bit foreign to me but that's really the only thing that bothered me. I'm used to being able to close the shower off completely. Also, the pool is described as heated but the water was cold when I got in but the room being extremely warm helps make up for that.

Loved the location of this property. Confident to ever we were going and surrounded by restaurants and stores. Rooms were nice with nice amenities. Full refrigerator, dishwasher and stove if you were staying for an extended time.

We left early in the morning for a family function. When we left cleaning staff saw that we were leaving. When we returned around 5:00 pm to get ready for a party, we noticed the room hasn’t been cleaned. I called down to the desk several times and there was no answer. I finally went down and the clerk was there and asked if her phone had rung. She looked puzzled but didn’t really give me an answer. I told her our room hadn’t been cleaned. She apologized and said there was no staff there to clean the room. She asked if I had left do not disturb sign on our room and I told her no. She offered me clean towels. Not happy to pay for a room and expecting it to get cleaned and it wasn’t. Also that they have no staff to cover cleaning later in the day or early evening. She mentioned that sometimes they don’t clean rooms every day. That should be stated when you are deciding where to stay because I wouldn’t have stayed in a place that didn’t clean my room daily. Big disappointment.

Breakfast was great. Staff were great. Bed was fantastic.

There were two hairs in the shower and a stain on the sheet.

I booked the Allegheny Room for my husband’s 50th birthday party. The room was great and we also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. Our room was was great and we loved the kitchen and refrigerator available to store food.

I chose this location because of the many amenities it offered! There isn’t anything that I didn’t like!
